Diese Eigenschaft ist ein wunderschönes Custom-Haus, nur wenige Schritte vom Sand und Strand entfernt, mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 1/2 Bädern und 3 Decks. Garage für zwei Autos. Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 ist auch ein Meister mit einem Kingsize-Bett, Kamin, Bad mit begehbarer Dusche, Großbildfernseher und einer eigenen Terrasse. Das dritte Bett hat zwei große Betten, einen großen Fernseher und ein angrenzendes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Meisterküche mit gewerblichen Geräten, riesige Theke für 6 Personen. Grosses Wohnzimmer mit Grossbildfernseher und grosser Aussichtsplattform. Dachterrasse hat eine tolle 360-Grad-Aussicht. eine Feuerstelle, Gasgrill, Zubereitungstheke und Spüle .. Das Haus ist mit DirectV, Highspeed-Internet und WLAN ausgestattet. Bing Pong-Tisch in der Garage und Außendusche. Es gibt keinen Whirlpool. Aufgrund von Treppen und Außendecks sollten Kinder immer engmaschig beaufsichtigt werden.

This was one of the best places I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. The furniture and layout of the living room is nice, the kitchen is huge, bathrooms are unique, comfortable bedrooms and an amazing upper balcony. Five minute drive to good food and other places to have fun. Would stay again 10/10.

This property was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for a family weekend near pismo beach. Dustan was very responsive to all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable. He even accommodated our group with an early check in request and was available anytime by text. The family room area is so large and perfect for a weekend getaway with the family. We enjoyed the rooftop firepit at night while roasting s'mores. The location is perfect- about 10 min from pismo beach where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. We were there to attend a white coat ceremony in arroyo grande and the location made it so convenient... I'm looking forward to booking this home again when it comes time for graduation.

This property is a new house with nice detail inside. The ocean views as described includes an essential climb up a ladder on the rooftop. The lovely large family/living room with beautiful large windows looks out on a lovely dilapidated house. The beach is steps away to a continuous parade of all terrain vehicles and large vehicles transporting these vehicles.

Excellent and clean place
We are very pleasantly surprised that the place is very well kept and clean. Other places we rent, items inside were second or third rated that were bought from a thrifty store. This place, all items are top notch. Nice appliances, flushed beds, nice new furnitures, even the pots and pans are top notches. All amenities are there even down to the zip lock bags. My wife even commented on how sharped the knives are.
We definitely would love to rent this place again when we come back. It's even walking distance to the ATV rental.

Oceano - great accommodations!
The property description was very accurate and the management team was responsive to our questions. We’ll be staying here again! The large living room and the gourmet kitchen was perfect for our group of 6 adults to eat, laugh and drink wine very comfortably. The living room’s theatre seating furniture was perfect. Rooms/beds/linens were clean and fresh as promised. Great house!

Very nice comfortable house with complete good quality necessities. Enjoyable rooftop area with goods views. VERY close to beach. Quiet area with beautiful less used beach but close to the fun hustle & bustle of Pismo if desired. Easy check in and out and reliable, accurate, prompt communication by Nick. Would definitely return here next time in the Pismo area.

Well appointed beach house
This place was a wonderful place to stay close to our family. Steps to the beach. Very comfortable living and sleeping areas. Fast wifi. The couches in the living room in particular deserve a shoutout for being electric reclining chairs! Great proximity to Oceano and the five cities area, with hikes available in walking distance from the house.
Just be aware that the beach is filled with cars and trucks until at least 2024. But you can still use it. There are occasional fireworks set off that can be surprising, but not inconsistent with a beach community like this.

Fun Time
The rental and check in process was very easy. The house is nice and the inside was very clean. The living room space was great for family to gather. We were disappointed with the rooftop deck. We had to clean the furniture before we could use it. The grill was filthy so we decided against using it. The family was also disappointed that the ping pong table was broken.

Great vacation property. The location is near beach access. The property was well appointed. The only thing missing were wine glasses! The roof top is nice but we had to clean and wash off all the furniture. This should have been done.

Beautiful and Immaculate
From the start, communication with Nick, the manager was seamless. He sent a key code for the door on the day of our arrival preceded by a text a few days in advance with all the information we needed about the property and location. The house itself was absolutely immaculate and perfectly stocked with all the kitchen appliances and conveniences you'll need, games and TV entertainment options. We are a family of 6--4 adults and 2 teenagers and the layout was perfect for us. The house is steps from the beach and centrally located to countless beautiful hikes and outdoor activities including ATV and horseback riding. It's also conveniently located for visits to the Cal Poly campus, which was the main purpose of our stay in the area. You definitely won't be disappointed with this rental experience!

This place was beautiful! I loved the location and the house was stunning. The only downside was that the construction next door blocked the rooftop views to the beach, but a minor inconvenience. We loved hanging out on the rooftop by the firepit and enjoying the views.

So close to the beach you can hear the waves
The property is beautiful and well maintained. We really enjoyed it, it was a little windy for us on the roof top deck when we stayed , but it’s a wonderful place to relax. The home Next door is a vrbo as well and they were loud , so that was a bummer one night. The property is very clean and the beds are comfy. Plenty of pillows to choose from to fit you liking. If you are a light sensitive sleeper , the two bedrooms with queen beds aren’t for you the neighbor to the back and to the left run flood lights the entire night that feel like a chopper with search lights shining in your windows. The property manager was amazing and we will be coming back when we are in the area .

Great house. property manager was thorough and prompt with communication. Cleanliness and accommodations were great. The photos need to be updated, as one on the roof shows a hot tub. This was a primary attraction to booking. Upon arrival, the hot tub is no longer there. After looking at the listing, it is clear that a sentence was added in the details to explain that there is not hot tub. This was easily overlooked. The error is on our part for not reading every detail in the listing. But the photos need to be updated too. This was a significant disappointment.

We will definitely return to this beach house. Our family had a great time on every level of the house. Beds and couches were comfortable. Upstairs patio was a nice hangout place when it wasn't raining. Games were provided. Close enough to the beach to walk & make a Bonfire. It was a fun family gathering. Communication was great! Perfect beach getaway
We’ve stayed at several beach homes over the four years our son attended Cal Poly and this was by far our favorite! The house is beautiful! The large kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking family meals. The common spaces are large and comfortable. The rooftop deck is great for watching sunset and sitting by the fire table. The location is great, just steps from the beach. A true gem!
