At this time expect TONS of construction getting to the property due to Formula 1 race next month. Leave early for your outings!! Played Top Golf for the first time. This property is easily accessible to Top Golf without driving. All in all this property was wonderful. Only had 4 bath towels. No wash clothes, hand towels, dish towels and dish cloths.

I love staying at the Signature. It’s a quieter, calmer way to experience Vegas. This property is very nicely kept. There were some cleanliness issues upon arrival that I brought to the owner’s attention, and the response was quick and positive. I would definitely stay here again.

This place had a great view to enjoy at day or night. We ran into a problem where we had no water pressure or barley any water coming out of the shower head. Not enough time before checkout to ask to get checked out. Wonderful to be connected to MGM Grand and TopGolf. A nice mini kitchen even though we didn't have the chance to use it, would be nice if we stayed there longer. 😊 Go to Vegas with these types of rentals.

Clean, close to strip and great views

Overall a great place to stay. Great location and amazing amenities. The fitness center is better than most gyms! The only complaint was lack of towels. We got two bath towels and 2 washcloths to last 3 days for 2 people. No bath mats or hand towels. The tile floor was dangerously slippery. Housekeeping doesn’t service vrbo rentals we were told, so bring your own towels.

Very nice unit on top floor of tower 1, conveniently closest tower to MGM casino. Only small complaint- no soap or shampoo in unit. Only soap was for dishes. Did not expect to have to travel with hand or body soap or shampoo. Friends who stayed in another unit had soap, shampoo, etc.

The property was conveniently located. My partner and I actually preferred this location opposed to directly on the strip as we were walking distance from the Strip but away from all the commotion while resting. Connected to the MGM casino with tons of food options. The only dings on the property were the cleanliness of the shower and under the bed. The shower needs a solid deep cleaning or needs to be updated as it seemed to have mildew or was just really dirty from the previous tenant. And under the bed seemed to have not have been cleaned for some time - I only noticed under the bed because I accidentally dropped the tv remote. The property and Blair were great other than that. I most definitely would book again and I would recommend! Thank you!

The property had a great view of the city. Our penthouse was clean but had a typical musty hotel smell. We did not have any problems with our room but we were unaware we had to call the host if we wanted more clean towels due to us going through a third party to book room. Valet parking went well considering heavy traffic flow. Everyone we encountered were nice and helpful. I do recommend this room to any future stays

We've stayed at the Signature before. The facility and the room are great. The only issue I have is the lack of reasonable self-park options. You are at the mercy of the valet parking staff which only operates 24/7 out of one of the Signature buildings. So you need to build in a budget for tips if you are in and out a lot and time as it can take a while to get your car if things are busy.

Check in was a little bit of a guess as we were not provided with which building we we in. Everything else was good

Pros: Good size suite and comfy bed. Cons: Room not cleaned prior to check in (crew arrived shortly thereafter). Coffee pot not cleaned, carpet/furniture dirty. Showerhead weak, drains slow. Safe did not work (host notified).

Nice spacious and clean! Good price for being so close to the strip and the check in and check out process was so simple an easy. The communication with the host was excellent and they were very helpful and nice :) I would definitely book again in the future

The room was clean and neat. Perfect location on the strip and access to amenities was amazing. Only thing I was was better was the shower head pressure and the shower drain was slow. Blair was great!

This room was an excellent homebase for us during a long weekend. Stay in Vegas. The full kitchenette was very handy and helped the whole place feel elevated that’s all she gets. Period

First off let me say that the staff at Signature at MGM are fantastic. The host (or his property manager) is obviously inexperienced with the process at MGM and doesn't seem to be aware of the condition of his own property. We had an issue when driving up to the main gate. The guard could not find my reservation in the system and said I would have to get my pass from the front desk. Same thing at the front desk. My name was not in their system so I couldn't check whether or not the room was ready. I told the host about the problem around 1:30pm and we occupied ourselves until our scheduled 3pm check in only to find that my name was still not in the system. At 3:05 I received a confused message from the host (or his property manager because at this point I wasn't sure since messages were coming from someone named Blair but were signed by Mark), anyway, the host told me he'd mistakenly put the reservation under the wrong name and gave me a confirmation number and said he'd informed MGM Resident Services of the mixup. I again went to the front desk (by this time it's 3:20) and the MGM staff still didn't find my name in the system so they went directly to Resident Services who said the host had contacted them but gave them incomplete information (MGMA required a security code to put me in the system and the host hadn't provided it). We waited until almost 4pm before the MGM staff could resolve the issue with the host and we could check in. Once we got to our room we found that the jetted tub was actually broken with the activation button being completely missing. We paid for a jetted tub and were quite disappointed to not be able to enjoy that at the end of a long day of traveling. The host acted as if everything was okay and didn't offer anything other than a noon check out (which MGM staff had already granted me because of the late check-in). I did not get what I paid for and I do not recommend this host or this property.
