Gorgeous little cottage right in Stanthorpe. Perfect for families with youngish children. Were provided with plenty of firewood, perfect for the winter nights. Very well equipped kitchen, including and airfryer which was super handy. Will definitely be back.

We arrived Friday evening, the hosts welcomed us and helped us start the fire. It was a beautiful but cold night so the fire was perfect. They were friendly and helpful, but also left us to do our own thing. Everything about the cottage was great, it looks better than the pictures show. I would definitely stay there again and i will be recommending this place to our friends.

plenty of space, quiet location undercover parking, everything was spotless, good amenities. The weather turned to absolute cr...p the day we arrived & didn't stop raining so we actually left a day early, but no reflection on the accommodation. We will definitely try again.

The property cottage was at the back of the main home. Well presented. Parking under cover near cottage was excellent. Had everything you need for self catering which was excellent. Price of the stay was fair when others charge over the top in Stanthorpe

The place is well designed. It is clean and fully furnished to make visitors feel comfortable. It is located at front of a river, quiet and beautiful. My kids were enjoyed in playing and watching ducks there. The owners are friendly and response your queries quickly. It is a happy stay!

We had a lovely stay. The little home is within walking distance of town and 3 mins to the RSL Jody and family who live on site are handy if we needed anything … which we didn’t but nice to know if necessary. The cottage was spotless , check in easy through a lockbox, comfy bed. There is no wifi but that was not a worry for us.

The cottage was clean and comfortable. Good location walking distance to town. Quiet. Owner was at the front of the property and reponded quickly when we had a small problem. Lovely park across the road.

I loved the little cottage, everything needed was supplied. Parking was close and undercover. It was quite and close to all town facilities. The property was across the road from a garden and walking tracks and pool and gym facilities half a block away. Will visit again. Owners are loverly friendly people too.

Rental process was a breeze, location was ideal a short walk to all services within Stanthorpe. Accommodation was very clean and tidy with all essential items provided

This is the second time we have stayed at Cottage on Talc. Jody and her family are respectful and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is fabulous. The cottage is immaculate with lovely touches like firewood, a dvd player, fully stocked tea and coffee caddy, toiletries and little extras. The location is perfect. Walking distance to shops and beautiful walks along Quart Pot Creek just across the road. Absolutely perfect. Thank you.

We weren’t 100% sure on what to expect when we were staying at a place and sharing one bedroom with our two kids. When we got there though the room was quite large to accommodate the four of us. Our stay was great! The little cottage was lovely and clean. The fireplace was beautiful with enough firewood for our two night stay. We were kept warm with more than enough bedding and blankets. Even small things were provided like toiletries that you would find in a hotel stay. The kids were even entertained with DVD’s and board games. The cottage where we stayed is a very short drive to everything Stanthorpe has to offer.

This cottage was a perfect accommodation for me and my family. The host was very accommodating. The experience was one of the smoothest and relaxing getaway we have had.

Everything was neat and clean. We were warm enough and supplied with enough wood. Area was quiet and communication with owner was prompt. Would have loved wifi as we couldn’t play music. We brought the HomePod instead of a Bluetooth speaker. Also Loved being close to town.

Everything about it was wonderful. It was extremely comfortable cozy clean and opposite a beautiful park and lake.

The cottage is located walking distance to town. It is light and bright and spotlessly clean with everything needed for a wonderful stay in Stanthorpe. Nice little outside table and undercover carparking were a bonus. Highly recommend and great value for money.

The photos don’t do the place justice. Really well appointed inside. I also had some trouble with a flat battery that the host was able to save the day! Very grateful.

The cottage was at the back of the owner's property. Self check in was easy. The cottage was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for our short stay at Stanthorpe. We really enjoyed the fireplace on the -1° night. The area is quiet and easy to navigate. Great having a full kitchen set up and fridge and freezer.

Good stay with friends at the cottage. We had everything needed with a lovely fire, warm beds etc. just the pillows could be a bit better. So take your own if your fussy. I wish I had taken mine.
