I booked and paid for this property, the next morning a guy called Phil called me to say the property wasn't available but would refund my money, I've tried calling the company and Phil himself, no reply!!! They still have my money so I shall be going to the property in the next couple of weeks to contact the owner, unless somebody has the decency to call me or get in touch, 07771921360

Funny smell in bathroom on occasion.

Beautiful cottage with beautiful views. Beds are really comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. Just perfect

Comfortable beds and cosy

Downstairs bathroom a bit cold and gloomy a heated towel rail would help.

Very well presented cottage, cosy and comfortable with good quality furnishings. Sympathetic conversion of two cottages. A bedroom leads directly on to the delightful garden. Easy access from house to N York Moors and key sites, such as Mount Grace Priory, Riveaux Abbey and Fountains Abbey. Considerable care taken to comply with Covid 19 regulations - felt very safe.

Rather close to the road, making parking awkward. Difficult to get muddy walking boots off in hallway without stepping on to carpet!

The cottage was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
