This property was great. Its like all other Vrbo's. Almost perfect.

The Love Shack is adorable. It's really easy to walk to the beach w/ kids & pups. The town & the cottage are rustic. We would go again, very relaxing.

This was a wonderful cozy beach cabin. It was well supplied with thing we needed and in a great location, steps from the beach. Thank you for a great stay. We would stay here again!

Location is great, it's nice that this cabin is pet friendly. The property manager was fantastic when there was an issue with the door lock and had someone out to fix it within an hour. However, the property is very basic, prepare to bring paper towels, TP, kleenex etc.

I am not a big fan of the Seabrook vibe (crowded, not directly on beach). This was a great little house about 1.5 blocks from the beach. My kids had so much fun riding their bikes to the beach or the little coffee shop/gas station for ice cream. The house had games, all the kitchen utensils you could need and I loved sitting on the deck in the morning with my coffee. My only "FYI" would be that the deck is fenced, but there isn't a fenced yard for your dog, so just be aware of that. This worked fine for us. We also couldn't quite get the lock to work. I thought it was user error, but my sister stayed with a similar lock mechanism a few houses down, and I could get that one to lock/unlock.

Great location (1.5 blocks from the beach), great view (can see the ocean), great house (spacious, well stocked). This is the second time we have stayed here and would stay again.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach! Our favorite spot to hang out was the lovely deck.

Great place to stay for our clam digging adventures. Nice proximity to the beach and loved the fact there is a sink and a hose out back to clean clams and ourselves after a day at the beach. Well equipped kitchen, perfect for our needs and making some delicious clam chowder! Owner was nice and let us check in a little bit early so we could hit the beach. Thank you Keri!

The property was great. The beds were super comfy. Fun was had for all!

Loved the Love Shack! Very cozy place close to the beach, great restaurants nearby, especially liked Ocean Creat resort-great food and service. I recommend this house and location.

We had a few hiccups staying at this property. The location is amazing. You can walk to the beach and hear the waves from the deck. The owner was great at communicating with us throughout our stay. The bathroom was clean and there were amble bath towels. The decor was cute and the main living space was huge with a nice sized TV. Wifi worked great, and we even had some bars on our cell phone. Some of the hiccups included: 1. Late Check in. When we arrived, the house was still being cleaned and we ended up waiting outside the house for 10 minutes while they finished. 2. Refrigerator was not on. After unloading our groceries we realized the refrigerator breaker was off. I am so glad we noticed quickly and my husband fixed the problem. 3. Dishwasher was broken. The owner made us aware of this shortly after our arrival and apologized for any inconvenience. This was not a huge deal, but considering the price of the rental, it was a bummer. We decided to leave a day early so an electrician could come in to fix it (otherwise we would have a stranger in the house during our stay). We were reimbursed for the night. 4. There were no paper towels (only some mounted pull down paper towels similar to those in restrooms). There is also no Kleenex. We cooked breakfast and there was no pepper. We didn't think to bring something so basic. 5. Smoke alarm went off every time we made toast. We only lightly toasted our bread. Advice: Bring your own paper towels, Kleenex, zip lock bags, pepper, wagon to get your gear to the beach, sound machine (the house across the street was being renovated and they worked well past 8 pm every night we were there). We have a 4 year old who goes to bed at 7 pm, so I was glad we brought. the sound machine. Overall, great location and access to the beach.

We had fun in the cabin and lots of walks to the beach! We loved the view of the beach! On cloudy mornings we watched good movies. Never last long always warm.

Short walk to the beach and useful deck but the house itself was musty and smelled like dog pee. I think with so many people and animals coming and going there needs to be regular updates on top to bottom cleaning and replacing items.

Process through VRBO was very easy. Cell service at this location is very spotty, but I didn't mind since I was on vacation.

We had a great time- wonderful weather with lots of long walks on the beach.

We were desperate to beat the heatwave and were grateful to find an available booking on the coast. As they say, beggars cannot be choosers. This is an average beach house that met our needs but was nothing exceptional. It was quite spacious in the living area and the master bedroom. The large smart TV was also great.The house had not been fully cleaned upon arrival, but the owner was very prompt in resolving the issue and once the cleaning person returned to finish, she did an excellent job.

Let me preface by saying I honestly didn't want to write a negative review. I gave Keri an opportunity to make it right. My huge concerns were dismissed because she "was busy checking two other families in."We had to run back from a nice dinner to the house to grab shoes (thank GOD) and there were people on our front porch knocking and looking in the windows asking how to stay here. My kids were scared and we were extremely uncomfortable. Then, when we went in to get the shoes, our back door (which was not touched the ENTIRE trip) was wide open. Do you have ANY idea how that makes us feel? Our belongings could've been stolen; our dogs could've ran away. Someone could've been in there waiting to harm us.We checked into this home uncleaned! Literally found shorts in our bed. How would you feel getting into a bed with someone else’s shorts at your feet?When the cleaners finally came the next day (unannounced) they seemed so terribly high that I actually asked them to leave and reminded them I can change the sheets myself. They proceeded to clean and it made us extremely uncomfortable. They went back and forth on the laundry saying they will do it, they won’t, they will change the bed, they won’t. They didn’t know up from down, okay. The guy was POURING sweat and the lady was all over the place. We wanted to leave. Our baby was napping and they refused to “stop cleaning” saying we “deserve” to have a clean microwave. They left some dish wash soap for us which we did request but also left a washer, dryer full and so we spent hours of our own vacation doing the previous customers' sheets, bedding, dishes, floor and toilets. The ashtray was full and stunk. I’m telling you, this was all very, very unacceptable. Not only for sanity reasons, but for SAFETY and SANITARY reasons.

This property was a home away from home. The house has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Super cute touches throughout.

I brought my 9-year old son for an extended getaway after school finished for the year, and it was great. We loved being able to walk to the beach and come back to such a warm, inviting space to be able to re-charge. Would definitely return.

It was a wonderful vacation for me and my family! I just wish the dishes that where in the cupboards were clean! The 3 coffee cups we had still had cocoa in them a couple of the glasses were sticky! Under the couches where full of dirt!

Cozy cabin, perfect location to the beach!

The stay was good, beautiful location and property is okay. Problems arose afterwards. Protect yourself and video your entry and make a full video of the entire place, including nooks, crannies, the bathtub, etc. at checkout. - Avoid extra charges for things like a clogged drain by thoroughly protecting yourself or stay elsewhere.

Great 2 bedroom with view of the beach and ocean. Short 5 minute walk to beach. Rental has all the kitchen accessories you'll ever need!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Love Shack. The rooms are all a very generous size, clean, comfortable beds, perfect location. There were lots of movies, puzzles & games. A short walk to the beach, coffee shop & corner store.
