Esqueci meu cartão na recepção durante o pagamento. Desci para pega-lo e fui informado que não estava lá. Tentaram fazer uma compra logo em seguida com ele e não foi concluída devido ao bloqueio que fiz imediatamente.

The Location was ideal for my travels. I was in a newly Renovated room and it was beautiful and comfortable!

location was good with ample parking. breakfast nothing much only 3-4 options.

We came to our room at 11pm and found that the rooms where not clean. We called the reception at night and asked them why that was the case, they said there probably was an error and we should speak to the manager at 8am the next day and the best they could do is to change rooms. We asked the manager in the morning, they said the cleaners didnt clean because there were a couple of kids clothes on the bed so they didnt clean. Worst reason ive ever heard of.

Clean and simple

The staff was very nice & the bed was comfortable. It was also nice and quiet.

There was a lot of hype about the breakfast being great but it was ok and just the standard hotel breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised that you offered breakfast and it was actually very good. My daughter is extremely picky and even she ate the food. The breakfast area was well organized, stocked and very clean.

Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like.

The staff is friendly and helpful

Not clean! There are pieces of tissue on the floor and hair on the bed…..I doubt they even clean the room…and they charge a high price for one night

Eine große Gästegruppe feierte bis spät in die Nacht im Garten, daher etwas laut. Aber ansonsten perfekt!

Die Lage zum Outlet ist perfekt. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch, aber gut und ausreichende Auswahl. Es ist alles modern und schön gestaltet. Die Betten fanden wir extrem bequem. Das Personal war nett und freundlich.

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war laut.

guests with children next door you could hear everything so room not very sound proof. same thing when housekeeping came by was not paying attention to do not disturb sign and were pretty loud in the hallway moving from room to room
