The house is lovely

Houses were all on top of each other the parking wasn't brilliant and no English channels on the TV only Neflix Would of liked a suoerking size bed no were really to put your grocery's as all the cupboards were full

Outdoor great, the beds comfy, great aircon.,everything clean og new. Mark great.

4 cats coming in the garden and puped on our towels. Noise construction builders in the street.

Modern and bright, kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook (if you feel like cooking). Close enough to takeaways and shops. Loved the pool and chill out area at the ground floor. Great location to explore Orihuela and Murcia areas.

Quite a lot of ants but guess it is somehow standard in Spain. No sun protection at the solarium (even though the lounge had sun protection on pictures on booking.com). Would be nice to have more supplies to not have to think about buying extra (e.g. toilet paper, kitchen towels, rubbish bags). Bit surprised by the need of having to clean the villa before checkout - it was not mentioned on booking.com. Don't get me wrong - we did clean 'as we go' and did remove rubbish on a daily basis, but it felt like we should leave the place sparkling clean for the next guests - in the end of the day this is not what you need to think of on your holidays in a luxury villa....

Very well maintained. All necessary amenities in the villa. Good process for checking in and out, etc. Extremely clean. Netflix and big TV! Would recommend 👍

The sofa bed in lounge was not comfortable for 2 people

It has been a really cool place to spend some days with friends

Its a little bit far from the city
