The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean. The business center was adequate. There was always someone available. Nice lighting and the neighborhood felt safe. Just off the highway.

$189 for a Thursday night was a little bit to pay but the quality was there.

It was clean. You could smell the clean, everything was wiped down and stocked. The atmosphere was comforting and the staff were great

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean on our arrival.

We paid for an accessible room. The room was absolutely not that. Manual soap dispensers, attached high on the wall and away from the sink faucet, were not easily reachable and felt unsanitary. The toilet tank would not refill after use. Shower was difficult to use -- shower head really high, soap/shampoo dispensers barely within reach and pump did not work. Shower entry was narrow with a lip to navigate over. All not not accessible. We stayed two nights. Our room was never serviced. Desk person was awful, either poorly trained or trained to not give a care (she kept saying we should not have booked through a third party). Beyond that, the noise level at night into early morning was off the charts. The hotel is near a couple of large bars.

The facility was alright, it was the booking online that was the major problem. I wanted and thought I booked a hotel that was down the street from where I pulled off the highway and by the time I booked the room and used the address it was a hotel that was further away than I was lead to believe. I tried to fix the issue but was unable to without being charged for a room I didn’t want. It is very difficult to get ahold of someone with booking.com. I am using booking.com one more time to continue my journey with my grandchildren. But I will be using a different online service next time I go on vacation.

The property was alright, but the reception lady at the hotel was very rude and we had 3 people in our room and only had 2 sets of towels and were told they were out of towels. One of our guests had to wait till we got to a hotel in another city/state to take a shower the following night. I will never go to that holiday inn in indiana again and will not advise any of my family/friends/guests/and or clients to go there also.

there was a group of young ppl in the adjoining room on our last night that was a little noisy. it didn’t bother me much but my mom was a little aggy.

Breakfast was good. The cinnamon rolls were excellent. Everything was great,im from the area and usually stay with family in Highland Ind, but there were other people in for the same event so the location was perfect for us.

The location was great. The person who checked me in was nice. The man over the breakfast was very polite.

Housekeeping was beyond rude and made me never want to return. She had a bad attitude after I tried to explain to her that I booked two rooms with a total of seven people. I requested more towels because we only had four. We shouldn't be expected to share towels.
