Everything, the place was immaculate the host was great felt feet comfortable there

The owner of the property called me after I gave him a 5/10 rating and insulted me. I gave him a bad rating because the rooms were small, the room was a bit dirty and there was no trash can in a room. I will give him 1/10 because he doesnt have manners and calls and insults previous guests.

The photos of the room on Booking doesn’t correspond to the room. The is no own bathroom on the room, but it was specified in the room description. We had to use shared bathroom on the same floor. Size of the room much smaller than on the photo.

Quite a good place which is well renovated and perfect to stay some nights close to the city. It is well isolated (a train line is close to the house). The host is welcoming, even if our arrival was a bit late in the evening. It is very easy to park the car.

This B&B is located 10 min from Downtown by car. The location is very calm, surrounded by a green area. Excellent for families and couples. The breakfast is excellent and had many varieties. It is located near a train line but the window is enough to reduce the noise.

Is a bit loud for me due to the railway nearby. I am a bit more sensitive when it comes to noise.

Rooms are look brand new. The entire building where the rooms are located looks brand new. We found anohter location within 5 minutes and 10 km

The busy railroad is 15 meters from your rooms windows. You can add double double glazing (which they did) but that doesn't stop the noise of cargo trains passing frequently. We asked wheter we could have a room at the other side of the building which wasnt possible. So we paid and left. When we booked (from the inlands of Croatie) the wifi was horrible so we could only see the score and the reviews on the first page. Checking the map or reading more reviews unfortunately wasn't possible otherwhise we would never have booked the room, which is my mistake

Superclean room, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, far better than expected.

For us it was perfect. Just small note - we had a room without barriers, but I can hardly imagine, how would someone on wheelchair use the tiny bathroom

The bathroom was by far the strong point. It was about 1/3 of the room, almost. A / C quality. Quality TV. If it counts. Good breakfast. Cleaning ok. Quite new property.

Location: 5 meters from the road and railway. Infernal noise at any time of the night! The room did not have more than 10 sqm. It did not have a closet or mini fridge. The bathroom in the next room was wall to wall with our bedroom. You could hear everything moving through it. In fact, any noise in the hallway could be heard in our room.
