Great location! Quiet culdesac in lovely area just a short walk to a perfect spot at the beach. Backyard was private with a nice outdoor dining table and pool. King bed was super comfortable. Welcome basket was a lovely surprise we thoroughly enjoyed. Had a really relaxing stay and would have stayed longer if we could have.. Hot water was a problem in one of the bathrooms. Slight issue with the pool which Abbe resolved immediately to our satisfaction and was very accommodating with another request we had regarding checkout. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The property was beautiful - exactly as pictured on the website! The house was perfect in every way - the amenities were generous and the location was perfect. We walked to the beach, swam in the pool, dined in nearby restaurants and shopped locally. In addition, the owner and the property manager were friendly and accommodating. Lovely modern clean home. Steps away from a warm salt water pool in the privacy of your own backyard! The gorgeous beach is just a few blocks away. Shopping and dining nearby in the charming town of Delray Beach. Thanks Abbe for providing everything we could possibly need for a wonderful relaxing vacation. We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Southways house!! The house is lovely and in a great location! It was an easy walk to the beach! Abbe and Corey (the care taker)were delightful to work with! The house has everything you need. We were especially thankful for the baby gear… two high end pack and plays, a high chair and a baby monitor! Our grandchildren came for a visit!! The heated pool with a child safety fence they put in for our stay was a real plus ! We never had to worry about the pool and the kids! Always a concern when renting a home is the beds… the beds were all very comfortable and the pillows great as well! We will definitely be back to this house ! Thank you Abbe and Corey

Cute house in a great location. Easy walk to beach and Atlantic Ave. but located on a quiet cul de sac. House has amenities for all ages - pool, nice yard, high chair, portable crib, stroller, toys and games. We all had a ball.

We absolutely adored staying at this property. The location is wonderful and the house is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. It was also super clean and the owners answered quickly to all our requests. It has tons of extra amenities like boardgames or a trolley to carry your beach chairs our stay was a real delight. Highly recommend this home and will be back very shortly !

We rented this house to celebrate our mother's 99th birthday. Great location, kid friendly house, very clean and wonderful neighborhood. Only issue is water pressure and lack of hot water in bathrooms and especially the kitchen. We would rent again especially if they resolved those two issues.

This is the ideal vacation home. Outstanding location: quiet cul-de-sac with nice neighbors and within easy walking distance of the Atlantic Ocean and not too far from the center of town. A very comfortable and inviting house, tastefully decorated and well equipped for cooking, doing laundry and relaxing. The heated saltwater pool is terrific! The owners are tremendous hosts: very caring and responsive. It is the best house we have ever stayed in.

We had a great time at the Southways House. Great location less then 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants not much further. House was clean and well equipment with many fine touches! Owners were super accommodating and quick to respond. Great place to with everything a family would need!!

This property is in a very nice neighborhood. Walking distance (8 min) from the beach and (15 min) from Atlantic Blvd. The communication with the owner is clear, fast, and friendly.

The Southways beach house in Delray Beach was a great choice. We were three couples and we each had out own bathroom, it was a very comfortable stay. The house had everything we needed, a full kitchen, Bar-B-Cue, top of the line washer and dryer, a beautiful pool, a spacious dining room for both eating and playing games. Only a short walk to the beach, to stores and restaurants. We had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend this tastefully decorated and comfortable home.

My wife & I enjoyed a nice 3-week winter break; a great location near the beach, a heated pool if you did not want sand between your toes, and a nice quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful stay at the Southways House. It was the perfect spot for a girlfriends getaway. The property was a short walk to the beach and had a great pool in the backyard with an outdoor patio. The Southways was very clean and well equipped. The owners were super accommodating and responded quickly. It was a great stay at the Southways house and we truly enjoyed being able to re-connect with good friends in such lovely accommodations.

This place is soooo nice that it is difficult to find enough compliments to do it justice! Lovely house, great location, great pool, quiet, close to lots of recreation and restaurants. Spotless clean, every possible amenity for comfortable stay. Modern. Very comfortable beds. And most notable is how the owners have put in so many fine touches that make such a quality difference....they have really furnished and decorated and equipped this lovely place to the max! My husband and I had a great stay at this home! The location is fantastic--on a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the beach. It was so convenient to head out to the beach path for a morning run or walk in the beautiful Florida sun! The pool is very private and gets great sun for the better part of the day. The house is nicely decorated and has everything you need for a week at the beach. All three bedrooms are well done and have TVs, comfortable beds and nice bath towels. Paul was very helpful whenever we needed anything. This house checked all the boxes and I would definitely stay here again!

Our family loved staying here! The manager was very quick to respond to any questions I had and was the nicest person! I look forward to renting from this management group in the future. This was my first time renting from VRBO and words could not express the friendliness and ease of making this trip very memorable to me and my family. I cannot begin to describe the pleasure it was to stay in this home. The home greets you with warmth and charm. It has been thoughtfully and lovingly decorated and furnished. The bedrooms are beyond comfortable. I was so relaxed and had no trouble getting to sleep. When I would wake in the morning the stylish decor and homey touches made me feel so at home. The kitchen is well equipped and allowed for easy food prep and cooking. The proximity to the beach made this home more of a gem. A short walk and you were there. Though, if you were so inclined to stay, all you have to do is walk right out the back door to the beautiful pool and patio. To have beach and pool options make this lovely property a must stay when visiting Delray. It is beyond words how relaxing and enjoyable our stay was. I simply cannot recommend this home enough!

I will try to be brief with my 5 star review :) Beautiful decor with every amenity imaginable.......including a sweet new Nespresso coffee machine! Must be recently renovated, all appliances are new and entire house is immaculately clean. There are new flat screens in all 3 bedrooms that have the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on (including ours at home!) Lush tropical landscaping surrounds the home, providing a totally private backyard. This resort like property is a real gem. We will return as often as our work schedule permits. We have found a home away from home.

There are too many great things to say about the house, location, owner/property manger so I'll try to give you the highlights. I have stayed at several rental properties but am extremely impressed with this experience. I am a high end residential interior designer who caters to the needs of my clients so I have very high expectations. I do not think I could have taken care of myself better than the owner and property manager did for my 10 day stay. The beach takes 7 minutes to walk to, even for my 6 and 3 year old children. Beautiful and quiet beach. The countless shops and restaurants are almost walking distance but there is a golf cart type of ride service that makes it easy to get to. There is an amazing French bakery close by. I think the best thing I have ever put in my mouth is their Pistachio white chocolate croissant. It's called the French Bakery. Beth and Meredith were beyond accommodating and were ALWAYS available. I can't say enough good things about this house. Extremely private at the end of a quiet cul de sac, private backyard w/ outdoor shower. They even thought of games and toys for the kids and a chocolate basket and wine for us! The house was recently renovated. VERY clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and pillows I'm sure I'm leaving things out but again, too many good things to write. I couldn't imagine having chosen another property. Thank you Beth!!! Please stay here... you'll be so happy you did!!

I had an incredible stay at this home! The three bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious for us. Very close to the beach and a short walk to many restaurants. The place was very clean and the host was terrific! I highly recommend to anyone seeking a beautiful getaway!
