Het is een mooie natuurlijke omgeving met een vriendelijke gastvrouw die lekker kookt. We genoten van rust, zwembad en jacuzzi. Ze kan met het taxi bedrijf voor je bellen en zo ben je tegen een goed bedrag snel bij de Sigiriya Rock en Pidurangala Rock. We hadden een tuktuk driver die de hele dag met ons mee was.

The location is super tranquil but still close to everything. The beds were comfortable. The pool and amazing jacuzzi are fantastic. We came with our 2 small kids but were still able to have some quality time together when they were asleep because of the pool and jacuzzi right in front of our little 'house'. The fireflies over the pool made it extra special. And the staff was super friendly, they wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible, it was fantastic. Oh and the Spanish and local food was amazing! Highly recommend this place!
Not really a bad thing but you are in nature so use the mosquito nets, they are there for a reason.

L’accueil très chaleureux, la nature, la piscine, la serviabilité de l’hôte. Il nous a très bien conseillé, nous a loué un scooter qu’il nous a amener au lodge, il a également arrangé un taxi depuis Siggyria jusque Kandy pour un très bon prix!

Super schattige accommodatie met leuke kleine huisjes tussen de bomen. Vooral de familie die ons verzorgde was echt fantastisch lief. De elektriciteit viel een paar keer uit, maar ja dat hoort erbij. Dat had misschien ook te maken met dat het super hard regende de hele tijd, het was vaak snel opgelost. Het is een stukje van het stadje af, Ongeveer 20 minuten rijden met de Tuk tuk. Dat maakte het soms wel onhandig als hij nog een borreltje wilde drinken in het stadje. We kwamen er namelijk achter dat terugrijden midden in de nacht toch wel spannend is met een tuk tuk en het idee dat er een olifant op de weg kan staan. Wij hebben helaas door het weer geen gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad of jacuzzi.

Nous avons passé un moment incroyable à Sat Nam village ! Idéalement situé, bungalow très confortable et propre, le jardin et la piscine sont agréables et on se sent proche de la nature, le cadre est idyllique.
Manolo est un hôte attentionné et disponible, qui nous a donné de très bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour.
Cuisine délicieuse et nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner ! le petit plus, le jaccuzzi en fin de journée après avoir monté le rocher du lion, revigorant !

At Sat Nam we had the most warm welcome we could wished for to Sri Lanka. The place was a little paradise in the jungle. Harshani was an amazing host, breakfast and dinner were always amazing! Sameera drove us around with his TukTuk and we really appreciated it! The rooms were super clean, beds were extremely comfortable, the pool was amazing and it was just perfect to relax in the afternoon at the pool in the shades with Italian coffee and the sound of birds. We could have stayed much longer and were really sad to leave this little home away from home.

Sat Nam is nicely located in a quite place off the road. Public bus stop is literally in front of the hotel which is convenient for different day trip.
Hosts were really kind, the swimming people is refreshing after a good day of visit. The bungalow are cleaned and spacious enough.

Really nice, small resort with cosy cottages in the middle of nature. You can watch monkeys from your terras. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Great food and ice cold beer. Manolo is a great host and very helpful. He will give a lot of good recommendations how to spend your time in Sri Lanka.

A magical place to find peace and serenity. Four rooms immersed in the greenery of a beautiful garden with swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi. Kind and accommodating staff, Manolo (the owner) is an extraordinary person as well as an excellent cook. In this place we spent beautiful days relaxing after a long journey from the south of the country. Stop by and enjoy the atmosphere!!!!

Where to start? Alba, the hostess is such a kind soul. Her and her lovely dogs make the stay so funny. She is ready to serve you anything and everything that you want. This hotel is a real passion project and you can tell straight away that it has great character. The hot tub was our favourite part. Beers and nuts while chilling out in the tub in the evening is a great way to unwind after hiking the rocks and trying to spot elephants on the road outside her hotel. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Also her cooking is delicious!

The gem of this place is Alba, whose hospitality and cooking skills is beyond compare. We will miss you Alba! The kids loved the pool and the hot tub.
The houses definitely need renovation.

Located in the most beautiful garden the property offers seperate small bungalows providing everything that uou may need. Alba (the host) was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room and its bathroom was spotless clean and bed was very comfy. Our visit was short and we did not have the time to use the pool and other facilities.
We had dinner on the night we stayed and though it was nice it was a bit overpriced compared to sri lankan prices.

Enjoyed the rustic feel of the place - amongst the jungle, in simple yet very comfortable cabins. The food was excellent with a wide range of options - the smoothies were really original and tasty! The owners were really helpful with suggestions about day trips and helped arranged transport. Their pets were very sweet - with a very talkative cat!

We had a great stay. Alba and Manolo made us feel at home and the pool and outdoor space were amazing to relax and enjoy. The rooms felt cozy and private.
Everything was well thought of from the bed netting ,AC , Hammocks, … also the the hotel only has 4 bungalows, so it will never get crowded

One great experience!
Alba and Manolo are the best hosts we had in Sri Lanka. Place was very neat and clean. The pool and jakuzi were awesome. Alba is very very very good Cook. They gave us many useful tips for further travel through Sri Lanka. Also if you are planning to go on a safari while in Sigiriya, you can contact them about organizing.
I recommend for everyone to visit this place.

We had a wonderful time in Sat Nam Village
The tenants are lovely, the rooms are really comfortable, the food is very good (loved the spanish breakfast) and the swimming pool ans jaccuzi are so nice.
Highly recommand, this was one if the best place de stayed in SL.

Really nice place to stay 😊 surrounded by the nature and beautiful sounds of different birds! You can observe also different animals! The pool is well-groomed and really nice after a sightseeing tour! The owners are lovely and prepare really yummy food which combines sri lankan and spanish food! The cabins are simple but comfortable and the bed is really cosy!
Would totally recommend this place and also the yoga class!
Good base for different activities like Lion Rock, Nationalparks and other things!
A little bit hidden but really calm and not directly at the street - so for us it was perfect😊
Because the cabins are close to the jungle some local wildlife is to be expected.

This place is simply amazing, the owners are so Lovely. Everything was Just perfect the place is so Nice soround by nature you can see monkeys, birds, squirels... The owners are really helpful and have good local contacts to help you enjoying your trip. The pool is amazing.
The food is really good.
Sigirîya, National Parcs and the Temples are Just 10 min away. I Just can recommand this place you Will love it. Heartbreaking to leave this tiny paradise Already miss you,

We loved our stay at Sat Nam! The hosts were super friendly and helpful, they also make amazing Spanish food too!! The mozzie net in the room is great too, had the best night's sleep. Lovely grassy outside area perfect to relax in :) Would definitely recommend!
