Cold, smelling bathroom. Noisy

Nice breakfast, although quality inconsistent throughout the weeks. Great morning receptionist, very kind and attent. Handy the gym pass, since the facility is right a across the parking lot.

Breakfast quality was inconsistent, some of the rooms were rather old and one bathroom had rust in the shower (I have stayed multiple times for one or two days in to the spam of two months). Some of the personnel was not very trained, which per se is not a problem unless you pay insane money for it.

Great location with free parking on site. short walk into Middelburg. Good choice of breakfast.

Good breakfast with a good choice of food. Room very comfortable and clean. Great location, only a 10 minute walk in to Middelburg centre. A big bonus is they have a car park.Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

rooms very small and not very clean, only way to close the room door was to slam it so this means the constant noise of doors banging. shower was lukewarm, breakfast eggs inedible, boiled eggs were so overcooked they were black, scrambled eggs appeared to have cheese in them with no allergy notice warning of this. Staff appeared friendly enough although on check in we were told room would not be ready for 15 minutes so we had a drink in the bar, when returning to reception 30 minutes later we were advised room would be a further 25 to 30 minutes.

Room was minging - old shampoo still in the shower, food half-eaten still in the fridge

Room was not cleaned very well Man at the reception did not look away from his screen when we said good morning. During breakfast lots of tables were empty but not cleaned It's a noisy hotel, with door alarms going off a lot
