Het eten was heerlijk! Net als de douche.

Bij inchecken dat er tussendoor iemand anders werd geholpen, hoewel het om een klein ding ging om af te handelen was dat wel erg storend en kwam niet fijn over. Op kamer 129 miste we aan één kant een plankje om je bril weg te leggen, wel vervelend als je beiden slchterziende bent waardoor je brildrager bent, een van ons moest dus zonder bril in wazige toestand op de tast gaan lopen. Stoel was door gezakt, in tegenstelling tot het bed. Die was loeihard, waardoor we allebei de halve nacht wakker lagen en van bed kwamen met rug pijn. Dus een pijnstiller ingenomen en een warme douche in de hoop dat het vlot bij zou trekken.

Prima kamer met stevig matras. Het personeel aan de receptie en het restaurant is erg aardig en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid met ruime keuze aan eten, alleen de koffie is niet te drinken.

De locatie van het toilet op de badkamer met de daarbij behorende ruimte is erg krap. De koffie bij het ontbijt zit een vreemde smaak aan. En dat is misschien opmerkelijk . Bij het Mercure in het centrum, van dezelfde keten , wel de zelfde thee, maar daar is de koffie wel prima te drinken.

Goede bedden en vriendelijk personeel.

Gebrek aan minibar / ijskast is een gemis.

You delayed my laundry more than 4days. And you paid me 65euro for laundry. I thought it was too expensive but I didnt say anything at that time. And you ask me to pay more? Isn't there any conscience as a human being? Didn't you feel any shame at all? If you wanted me to pay more 22euro, you should well-served me more. The e-mail you'd sent me would be the worst mail I've ever taken. So It's your mistake and I dont want pay more as you treat me like dirty asian monkey. I only paid 7euros in another hotel in Tilburg. My laundries were much more than.

Really kind, welcoming and helpful staff, with a 24/24 reception. Beds are great, rooms were clean, the hotel was mostly silent. Appreciated the big parking for our car and the proximity with Tilburg. Enjoyed our rest, we will come back !

Rooms are a bit small (not much space between bed and walls, shower's glass is a bit short), they have a ac/heating unit that makes a white noise even when off, and one morning the cleaning staff woke us up by shouting really loudly in the corridor
