Mofo, falta de roupa de cama. Mal cheiro no quarto. Cortinas e parede mofadas.

Faltou uma área comum para assistir televisão. Tinha jogo do Brasil e não tinha área comum, exceto a TV do quarto (muito ruim por sinal)

Atendimento no check-in foi ótimo e acolhedor, as acomodações são super confortáveis e o serviço de quarto impecável, sem falar que os lanches são uma delícia.

I`m not a very complicated guest and usually prefer not to leave any comments. But this time I have to do this. I`m travelling all over the world many years and visited many hotels by Mercure. But this one is really "special". I couldn`t believe that everything awful about hotel services can be gathered in one place! Everything. Beginning from hotel stuff which are not able to speak english at all and finishing with a swamp smell in all the rooms! Hot water in shower can be finished in any time! No any noise isolation at all! There even wasn`t a shield "Don`t disturb" in the room. Stayed there just because the medical congress took place in the city and there were no any rooms in other hotels. We were really happy to escape from there at the end.

- Receptionist at check in and other staff were very helpful. - Room was in good size. - Restaurant had 1 option for vegan (Swiss potato)

- Breakfast was not vegan friendly. They only had fruit and bread but no veggie butter, veggie cream cheese, or some jelly. At least they had some plant based milk. If they had some more options like some "scrambled tofu", avocado, etc it would enhance greatly the experience and the breakfast price would be worth it.

Staff is friendly. The room is well kept (clean).

The room is noticeably old. The bathroom is narrow and has mould. The internet is unacceptable, you lose connection all the time and when it works is really slow.

Mercure Florianopolis is well located, close to roads to north and east beaches. It has restaurants and a shopping center close by, so it's very convenient.

They simply didn't have a room for us, despite it was booked (and confirmed!) weeks in advance. The check-in time was at 2pm, and we arrived close to 4pm, so there was no excuse for that. They ended up finding a room for us, but the stress at check-in messed up the whole experience.

centrally located for easy Uber access to go to other parts of the island. good food within hotel. staff was excellent and tried really hard to overcome language barrier

hearing children crying in their rooms while I was in mine…. so maybe walls too thin?
