clean and cool

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Central location for the poniente side of benidorm. They let us leave our car in the parking after we checked out so we could take the kids to the park nearby. Breakfast was fresh with a wide selection. Would highly recommend

Location is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Parking is bit hard with a bigger car. The going in and out might prove challenging. Also, the dinner, although plenty of food variety, was not tasteful. Drinks are free, but if you call this beer, then something is wrong. Also the other non-alcoholic drinks are mimicking the originals and were not so good. Last but not least, we were visiting with our two kids and still got room which was just above the smoking area outside and it was awfully loud.

Lovely hotel but too far from amenities , rooms are brilliant ,we had 2 King sizes beds , if you like to walk it's OK but not for me and my hubby

The food was excellent and the staff in the restaurant very friendly . My husband has walking difficulties and we were always helped to ensure table close to the buffet. All staff friendly and extremely helpful.

The rooftop pool is a problem to access if you have mobility issues .

Local to central Benidorm but in a quiet residential area. Central Benidorm is about 15 minutes walk away. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The food was really nice. All the usual breakfast/lunch/dinner assortment with a chef sizzling something every meal time. Lots of fish and salad dishes. The deserts were lovely with an ice cream machine that everyone could use themselves (very popular with the children) An added bonus was the free unlimited drinks at every meal. Soft drinks. water, wine and beer all available at every meal. Most people were respectful of this and took what they required. We booked a larger room and it was very comfortable.

WiFi ok but could do with a boost.

Food excellent, room excellent, beds comfy. All requests eg extra pillows socket adapters were all sorted.

Access to swimming pool is difficult for disabled. Stairs are only access to the roof pool. Also only vertical ladders to climb in. No phone charging outlets.
