La struttura è appena stata ristrutturata molto bella da vedere sia dentro che fuori. Le camere pulitissime sono grandi dotate di tutti i confort.

No coffee and tee in the room, no water bottles every day, not a beautiful beaches near, and general no activities

The location of the hotel is absolutly amazing! And the balconies let you enjoy it even more, from the privacy of the rooms (views and hotel were superb). The restaurant definitely deserves at least a visit for the dinner...very romantic atmosphere, it's worth trying any food on the restaurant menu.. Rooms are spacious, nice furnished. Service and staff were excellent. Honestly a 10/10.

Location close to the city center, close to the ferry (about 15 min walking), close to the train station (about 10 min walking). The bathroom was very very clean. The room was clean.

The hotel is located on a very very very noisy street (cars, scooters, a lot of noise from the traffic) and we couldn't sleep and rest properly. Almost every morning at around 4 AM the garbage truck came to pickup the trash and it made a lot of noise and it woke up us all. Both the money safes in the room did not work (one of them was jammed and the other one had no working batteries). The refrigerator had mold and hair inside it. It seems nobody cleaned it for quite a while. The beach which is located in the back of the hotel is NOT a place to walk and take baths (nobody does it, not even the locals), because they say they have pipes that spill waste into the sea.

Location to the praminohd and good restaurants.

Staff recommended Famous Beach which was nearly 30 min each way by car. The beach was overcrowded and surrounded by rocks. At check-in our two rooms were upgraded to ocean view, which was a nice gesture. However it’s the main road which parallels the praminohd and was super loud with cars and people directly below and in-front of our balcony. The property stated air-conditioning but it was no more than a water humidifier. The rooms were at-least 30 degrees Celsius, if not more. Because of this, the street noise and uncomfortable beds I Sept less than 3hrs. Bathrooms had mechanical issues with toilet and clogging shower drain. Also the showers water barrier had a hole as big as an avocado. To use the roof too pool is 10€ per person ! Breakfast was decent so I gave a 2 out of 10.

Room was basic and not enough wardrobe storage for 3 persons. Maintenance going on right outside our room Breakfast quantity of food varied and was not consistent.
