Clean, comfortable, superb staff, exceptionally well maintained premises, modern, great location and the breakfast was absolutely the best we have ever experienced. Stupendous experience in every way. Thoughtful conveniences throughout the premises from free power banks for your phone, to power washers for your bike and so much more. I have to restate that the breakfast selection and quality was absolutely spectacular offering an amazing array of homemade savoury and sweet choices and went way beyond our expectations. Christine at reception was wonderful and made us feel very welcome and always helpful - I recommend a raise and a promotion ;-) Finally, my compliments to the management for the tremendous culture of hospitality they have instilled into every aspect of the hotel. If you could put into a bottle what you have created here and sell it, you’d become a multi billionaire.

We had a wanderful stay. Everything was perfect. Great people and top hospitality.

Warm welcome, delicious breakfast, perfect grounds for sports activities (especially bicycles), accompanying program (evening party with live music), etc. Nearby the city center and highly rated restaurants👍

Very nice breakfast and extremely nice personale working there. The pool area is nice and clean. We only stayed one night, but will come back another year.

Everything was great

Nice breakfast with plenty of choice, quiet hotel in the day, nice place to relax. Great location, close to the lake and Torbole (note though that the hotel is at the top of a steep hill - in case mobility is an issue). Plenty of free parking space on-site. Good value restaurant for snacks and meals during the day. Swimming pools are great, heated so perfect temperature. The relax pool is especially awesome for kids which shallow shelfs for them to play on. Great gardens in amongst olive groves. Some play equipment for children also.

My only negative point would be the following: the hotel advertises itself as being great for families, there is also play equipment (slides etc.) mentioned and shown in the images on the website, however none was to be found, with the exception of a trampoline which was falling apart. There was table tennis and table football for older children, but not great for toddlers. There are also signs up around the pool asking you to be quiet, which I can understand because part of what is good is the peacefulness of the hotel. However this made me feel a bit awkward with a toddler who is (by their very nature) noisy. So seemed a bit of a contradiction to advertise for families then not really cater for them.

The buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff always happy to help. The swimming pool area was spacious and very clean.

Great location, looking at the mountains while swimming is just magical. Staff is very friendly and speaks Ita / Eng / German. We Advise to ask the staff for recommendations on what to do in the area.
