The location of the hotel was brilliant. A few minutes walk to a lovely beach bar and just a 5 minutes walk to the esplanade with all the lovely bars & restaurants. The hotel staff were very welcoming. The check-in & check out process was very quick & we had a wonderful surprise in our room, a bottle of cold cava for my daughter’s 30th birthday! The car park is just across the road but very secure in a gated area which you have to pay for, about 12 euros a day. The gardens & pool area are very well maintained & we had a fantastic view from our bedroom. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Our bathroom had a bath with the shower head inside. I found it very difficult to get into the bath as the side of the bath was very high and there was no non slip bath mat to put inside the bath to stop you from slipping. I ended up having a bath in the end as I was very nervous about showering in case I slipped!

From the welcome at reception to the daily breakfast service and housekeeping, everything was exceptional. Location is superb and menu choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing.

Wish we had stayed for longer than 8 days 😔

Hotel is perfect location for exploring the Arsenal and port areas of Javea. Our room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The view from the room is beautiful and we sat in sunshine on the balcony making the most of it. Breakfast is excellent, really good choice and service. Extra thanks go to evening bar staff, helpful and charming.

Welcome on arrival could have been friendlier, a little perfunctory. Lounge a little Spartan, but in warmer weather this wouldn’t matter as we’d have used the lovely terrace outside.

Friendly helpful staff, very comfortable room and bed, good breakfasts, excellent position. Great views from the room.

No atmosphere, although it was Winter and it is mainly a Summer destination.

Great view from room, excellent breakfast, pleasant and attentive staff. Very reasonably priced drinks. It was quiet when we were there but I suspect it could be rather noisy in the summer vacation time.

It was understaffed in the afternoon in the bar area. Their dinner and desserts were ok but their offerings could have been better. The establishment felt a little dated. There was black mold growing around the bath tub.

The rooms are lovely and spacious and extremely comfortable. It is lovely to have a balcony with table and chairs. The staff are all very polite and helpful.

The bathrooms need updating - the grouting around the bath was quite blackened and therefore a bit of putting. The breakfast is very good but there just aren’t enough staff. They are working as hard as they can. My tea was almost cold and therefore undrinkable. One doesn’t expect this standard at a Parador.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location and view excellent.

No information at all in the room to tell you what facilities were available. We were there a few days before we found out there was a bar menu. Dining room menu very limited and in the week of our stay it did not change at all.
