Charming B&B with lovely rooms in a beautiful location. Location is perfect. It feels like you're in the middle of nowhere while actually being very close to the lake and the Intelvi valley's villages. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, with local produce and a great variety. Fabio was very helpful and attentive. Would love to come back another time.

Everything! The property is beautiful, with great outdoor spaces to sit and relax. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was outstanding! Fantastic host!! Be sure and get directions from property, it was a little tricky.

This place was truly wonderful. If you want to experience Italian authenticity at its best. This is the place. Location, hosts, accommodation, food and the dog were the best.

We enjoyed everything that was provided. The food was excellent, and Fabio and Milena made us feel at home including their lovely dog. We would stay here again. We have never done agritourism and we think it is wonderful.

The food was excellent, the staff were polite and went to any lengths to make our stay comfortable and trouble free. Most of all the hosts especially Fabio made us feel welcome and his sense of humour is legendary.

Location is great. Due to high altitude, the temperature and humidity was lower than the lake coast. This let us a very comfortable stay and sleep during the night. Even you are not far from the lake (7 km.) the area is quiet and you stay within the nature without any noise (You hear only the birds). Fabio is a great host who advised us also about the activities around the area. The breakfast was excellent including fresh eggs, tomatoes, cheeses, cookies, yogurt, juices and so on. They also offer excellent dinners if you make the reservation earlier. He has nice wines. You should go there by car but there is a free parking area in the garden. Wifi is free and there are many Wifi's so that you can connect at every point of the facility. The room is big, beds are comfortable. Rooms and the total facility was very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily. Definitely a perfect choice for your stay in this area.

Everything!!! The host was very nice! The breakfast was amazing! We dined in a few times and it was amazing as well!! Best panna cotta we have ever tried!!! We would definitely return...hoping for a sunnier weather!! Thank you very much, Fabio!!!

Fabio and Milena were wonderfull. We were here for 3 days, the weather was not too well, but that didn't matter. Very kind people. The food was great and homemade. The owners are incredibly kind and very helpfull. Would definetly visit again.

Fabio and Milena are very welcoming and hospitable. The place is very quiet and perfect to relax or go hiking.

Nice location (in the valley, by the river), parking on the premises. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and their dog was super cute.

The room was quite dark. The dinner was disappointing and we had really only come to experience the real Italian home cooking. The products were fresh, local and of good quality, but the overall result quite bland. Maybe it is because the hosts were understaffed - hopefully it picks up after covid.

It is a wonderful place, located above small river, close to forest, fresh mountain air and everything is green around.

Far from being big, the rooms are still OK and very clean. Same for the bathroom. The place is very quiet and its nice for a little walk in the vineyards.

When we checked in, we left our luggage on top of the bed. 10 minutes after, we left to dinner. When we arrived, the luggage was moved to a corner of the room, clothes and other stuff was put in again. All this because someone forgot to left a chocolate on top of the bed. People have to understand that once the costumers have checked in, you should not go in his room until they left! The bed is too stiff, not comfortable for someone who had driven for 300 km's in the Italian highways!
