The staff is simply great. Marco was very friendly and immediately felt us feel like home. He told us about all the facilities and offered help anytime needed. The property is very close to Hi Ibiza and Ushuaia. Breakfast was amazing, as well as the pool.

Sometimes it can be a bit of noise, but hey we were in Ibiza:))

Purposely chose this hotel for its location and did not disappoint! Around the corner from heaps of shops and restaurants and only 10-15 min walk from Ushuaia/Hi. The buffet breakfast was great and had lots of options and even a chef to make eggs of your choosing. Our room was amazing, we selected the cabana room which had our own private cabana outside the room, a little balcony, seating area and also a lounge room inside the room. The room was conveniently located on the ground floor only steps away from the pool. The staff were also all amazing and accomodating, and even let us check out an hour later, no questions asked.

Tiny rooms/ living space, bedroom was claustrophobic. No soundproofing at all- noise from surrounding rooms, even when people just talking you can hear everything. Our groundfloor room terrace was right next to a 'smokers area'. Strange layout of hotel with houses backed onto the pool area next to the bar- screaming kids and noise coming from their windows when trying to relax on the sunbeds

Bathroom was old

the shower on the first floor, that was a really good idea. the location was also good, and comfy beds. also the staff really nice and helpful. nice common space “lounge” at the entrance.

cleanliness, i think the only clean area was outdoor the pool area. the room wasn’t clean even after the room service (on the floor so much dirt, hair) breakfast, was really basic, eggs, some cheese and hams/salamis, only some days tomato (no vegetables daily), beans, potato pie. room really old, the bathroom also. and more old old and old. does not worth the money. really really expensive for what offers. compared to another 4 starred hotel, this was only a very low 3 or 2*superior. just because it has a good pool area it can not be classified like 4*.
