Asukoht oli väga hea. Alati oli mitu kohta parkimiseks. Ka jalgsi randa minekuks kulus vähe aega.

Terrace view just amazing! Since we spent all days out of appartments, we really enjoyed evenings and early mornings observing city and the ocean. For this price its just unbelievable!
The location is quite far from the beach and is quite high, if you are without the car (going by walk). If you have the car - then no problem, free parking nearby the door.

Everything was as described and the host Dusan was extremely helpful and always replied within minutes. Kids really loved the pool and it was only 10 minute walk to the beach area.

Great location (you must be fairly fit as there are quite a few steps to the apartment) very quiet, relaxing and safe neighbourhood, plenty of parking available, the pool looked great although we did not use. Lots of warm sunshine on the terrace all day.
The air conditioning worked quickly to cool the apartment.
2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms. Over all a comfortable stay but the apartment needs a deep clean and a freshen up....
Lot of dust on surfaces, dirty marks on white good, lightswitches and doors, couldn't find any pillow cases or duvet covers for extra bedding, duvet smelt stale so with no cover didnt use.
The outside furniture was a little tatty and needs replacing or a fresh coat of paint, the interior walls could do with a freshen up to remove scuff marks.

The property was clean, beautifully decorated, modern, great bathrooms and kitchen. Has a gorgeous, huge balcony with amazing views of Adeje.
The kitchen was well equipped with a full working cooker including an oven.
Extremely peaceful location as more residential.
The pool area was lovely and all very clean, although the bar and restaurant were not open.
We had a car as recommended by the host, this was definitely a good recommendation as needed to be able to get to the local supermarket, shops etc.

Beautiful apartment for great price. We really liked a sea view from huge balcony. Kitchen is fully equiped. Both bedrooms were clean. Also 2 bathrooms are included. Living room is spacy with comfortable sofa.
Only location of the apartment is little bit far from beach (1km) and from supermarket. We recommend you to rent a car (recommendation - Cicar car rental) and you don't have to care then.

Nice and spacious balcony with beautiful views.
We had a lot of insects in the apartment. We got very limited toilet paper and towels and didn´t find any in the house. According to the host there should have been some in the apartment so maybe we just didn´t find it. We found the host sometimes rude in communications but it was also the language barrier.

The apartment is really great: spacious, with fantastic balcony, the two full bathrooms are a big plus, beds are comfortable and there is enough storage place. The WiFi is strong and parking is easy. We did had some problems finding the property, but it was more issue with our navigation and Dusan was helpful with the instructions. It can be a bit tricky to find the first time, but then everything was smooth. I will give the location 9 from 10 because walking to the beach or the grocery shops can be a challenge. You would be better off with rent a car for which you can always find parking spot in front of the complex. On the other hand, the location has its pluses like as it`s not that noisy and has the most beautiful view and you got this homy feeling that we miss in other properties closer to the beach. All in all 10 out of 10 and we will definitely come back!
