Tolle Lage in der Altstadt, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen, wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer nach hinten hinaus, daher war es sehr ruhig

Die Betten sind wirklich sehr weich, geht aber wenn man sich daran gewöhnt hat

Lage zentral

Umfeld der Straße nicht so schön, viele Liefer-Shops. Rezeption unordentlich (Zettel, verstaubte Tastatur), Personal teilweise in ihren Äußerungen unqualifiziert. Toilettenspülung defekt. Haben jedoch für die letzte Nacht nicht mehr das Zimmer wechseln wollen. Die Toilettenbenutzung im freien Zimmer gegenüber war nicht möglich wegen des Housekeepings. Restaurant u Bar waren immer leer, was leider nicht zu einem Aufenthalt dort einlud.

Great location for seeing Alkmaar old city. Walking distance to everything, nice staff and comfortable rooms.

It was quite noisy at night but that’s understandable given the central location (plus there was a carnival in town so maybe it’s not usually so noisy).

The staff were very helpful, and the location was excellent. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming.

Location of room and no view out of window but brick walls . Very dark decor . Too expensive for room quality .

1st room had no air con We were moved Thankyou but fridge did not work and second fridge did not work

It was a very roomy room, the bed was comfortable.

The photos of the room we selected were misleading. Tgey showed two different rooms, both with a bathtub. Our room did not have a bath but a sauna. This was quite a disappointment. It was super noisy, in the morning there was a lot of sound from trucks unloading near the window. At night the churchbells seemed to ring every hour very close to our room (we had all windows closed, still it was very loud and woke us up multiple times). The sink near the shower had a really bad smell.

Great location surrounded by amenities. The staff were helpful and friendly and gave us restaurant recommendations and let us store our bikes in their shed. The rooms were comfortable but there was some noise at night even though we were on the quieter side of the building. But that’s because the hotel was so central!

The breakfast was very expensive so we didn’t have it.
