De locatie is top, het personeel erg vriendelijk, en de kamers schoon. Het ontbij was ook zeer goed.

De kamer waarin wij verbleven was erg gehorig, een gesprek van de buren op normaal volume was prima te volgen. Ook iedere stap op de overloop hoorde je goed door de deur en muren heen.

La propreté des espaces communs n'était pas top, Dans la chambre il y avait des traces de moustiques écrasés. le service au bar pas professionnel, nous avions demandé à pouvoir garder la chambre plus tard car nous participions au marathon (cela se fait très souvent) et malgré que la chambre n'était pas réservée, cela nous a été refusé. Nous avons donc du réservé une nuit supplémentaire. La personne à l'accueil nous a dit qu'elle nous ferait un prix spécial ce que nous n'avons pas eu non plus.

Location was amazing, will definitely go back to this hotel specifically. Excellent value for the price.

Camareira um pouco mal educada, nosso checkout era as 11 e 10:30 ela insistia em bater na porta para deixarmos o quarto para que ela limpasse, explicamos que estávamos concluindo as malas e já sairíamos e ainda assim ela voltou a bater!

the location is phenomenal. the rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and overall great value for money.

The location was wonderful, very easy to walk to everything. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Parking on site was very convenient and not as tight as some places. I would stay here again.

Fantastic location very near to main square but on a quiet side street. lots of bars and restaurants in the area.

Room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean but we found it a bit strange to have the shower and hand basin in a room one side of the bedroom and the toilet on its own in a room on the other side - so we had to walk across the bedroom to wash our hands.

Great room and location

Internet was non existent. It was explained it was due to city road works. BUT I was able to go to a cafe nearby and get great service. I felt they should actually advise the current poor service as this would have been a deciding factor for me, as I am on a working holiday and internet access is crucial.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, fresh orange juice, decaffeinated coffee available, cooked food and delicious bread. Hotel is in a fantastic location.

A very nice, clean price worth hotel. The best location , in a quiet inner street, but only a few steps away from the market square. Another best offer is a possibility to park inside the hotels inner court, but make sure to reservations for a parking space! The staff are super friendly and effecient. Breakfast was good and kitchen staff was also very nice and friendly! The whole hotel and our room was clean and good smelling even if they had partly carpeted floors. Will book again here for our next trip to Brugges...highly recommended!

Generally, the hotel amenities are ok, of course, renovating and upgrading rooms are always a plus. Clean and modern rooms.are always an advantage, clients always look for these qualities. We had a problem with our shower but it was repaired after a few hours, otherwise..everything was ok.

Excellent Location

The staff were efficient with the check in process, no waiting around and prior requests for the room were already taken care of before arrival. The location is unbeatable. A easy walk to all areas of interest in the city.

There is no onsite restaurant. It would have been nice on the first night. But easy to find excellent places to eat in the area.
