De locatie en het uitzicht van het hotel waren uitstekend. De aanwezige sauna en sportschool met prachtig uitzicht voegden waarde toe. De centrale ligging maakte het gemakkelijk om overal snel te komen, maar het verblijf overtrof niet onze verwachtingen.

Echter, het personeel liet te wensen over, met weinig aandacht voor wachtende gasten. Het ontbijt was van goede kwaliteit, maar de hoge prijs was niet in verhouding tot wat werd aangeboden. Over het algemeen was het verblijf redelijk.

Très bon hôtel, chambre très agréable. Vue juste sympathique, il s'agit d'une ville... Très bon accueil, l'équipement également. Rien à redire de plus.

Dommage que le SPA ne soit pas un peu plus équipé, autrement, rien à redire !

The view, the location, rooms are very nice and clean, staff are very welcoming and professional, everything was more than perfect, 2 parkings are just front the hotel, elevators are very fast with no waiting time Room cleaning on time We requested a high floor and they gave us on the 14th floor, they listen to thier customers Check in and out can be made online and very fast and easy Highly recommended, and would definitly visit again

J’ai adoré l’hôtel en général, la vue et le petit déjeuner.

Chambre spacieuse. Vue magnifique sur l’hôtel de ville. Accès au salon VIP

Les boissons et snack disponibles étaient limités malgré que l’on soit arrivé à 19h et que ce salon ferme à 20h. Le réapprovisionnement devrait être fait plus régulièrement.

Il y a la vue extraordinaire. Le reste est normal.

Le bruit et du coup le prix. Payer 470€ pour une chambre au 23eme étage et entendre le voisin marcher, se doucher et gueuler à 3h du mat comme dans un formule1 à 89€... C'est pas l'insonorisation qu'on attend à ce prix là. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une salle inappropriée (en taille et en organisation) assis dans des petits fauteuils et manger sur une petite table basse.

The security person approached me aggressively and without identifying himself by asking me what I was doing on my phone and I had show him I was on the phone with my husband so he can leave me alone. They don’t wear name tags only black suits, so I didn’t know who he was. I went to report the man to the front desk and that’s when I learned he was security. He came back out to the front desk and was still super aggressive with me and told me there was a no filming/recording policy in the hotel (Strange because I found the hotel from many TikTok videos) but I was also only on FaceTime. He then got upset because I was trying to explain to him that the only issue that I had was that I didn’t like how he approached me without identifying himself and then his aggressive tone. He then lied to me and told me he called at me 5 times and that’s why he was aggressive. He then tried to demand me to give him my phone while I was still on FaceTime with my husband so he can speak to him too. I told him no and he stormed off and told me that if I had a problem with him, I can report him to security. At 1:35am, men were knocking on my door!!! i woke up on the second knock because I’m a super light sleeper (Does that sound like someone who wouldnt hear someone trying to get their attention 5 times?!!) I look through the peep hole and there’s a man in a grey suit, a black suit, and I think there was another man off to the side. the man in the black suit had his ear against my door listening to see if he heard anything. they stood there long enough for me to run back to my bed and text my husband and describe them to my husband. I barely got any sleep afterwards because I was terrified of them returning and I would be taken or something even worse. Whenever I reported it to the front desk, they confirmed those men knocking on my door WERE NOT hotel staff and that the security guard I got into it with, Matthew/Matthieu, lied about the No filming policy.

 Beautiful hotel well located.  The staff was immensely helpful helping to organize a last minute meeting at the lounge.

it seems like a small thing but if your using the gym ( which is just ok ) you had to go all the way back to your room to use the toilet , as there is no toilet in the gym

the staff were very nice and the view was great, they even left me a little birthday gift. the breakfast was really good as well

modern extremely well furnished, comfortable, high rise and designed with excellent Scandinavian decor and theme.

nothing really but small niggle about maintenance. shower door leaked water onto bathroom floor and mobile plug ins next to one side of bed were not working.

The Hotel is scrupulously clean. Staff are super helpful and skilled.

The man in registration was very polite and understanding. I liked the bed, it was very comfortable. Sure the Hotel is in very good place, you could visit the most popular places on foot. And for end I was very happy that check in and check out process succeeded very quickly. Thanks for hotel employees for one of the best visit💎
