Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, fast direkt am Bahnhof, Nachts aber absolut ruhig. Wirklich toll um Kopenhagen zu erkunden. Aufgrund der Lage dann auch ein recht einfacher Weg zum Flughafen. Darüber hinaus Netflix-Zugang und die Möglichkeit das Handy mit dem TV zu verbinden. Nach einem schönen aber auch anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt, ist das für uns super um zu entspannen.

Zimmer könnte ein wenig größer sein, alles super bequem, alles da, aber schon recht eng. Wir hätten das Frühstück gerne genutzt, auf Nachfrage zum Thema "vegan" wurde uns aber davon abgeraten.

Beds were comfortable. Shower was new and nice. Staff was great. Breakfast good. Convenient location to train and metro. Walking distance to many sights.

The rooms are “cozy” which means really small and tight and no where to put luggage or even to put things in the bathroom. No shelves. The biggest issue was our first room ( 1403) was on the 4th floor but of a weirdly connected second building. You went up the elevator in the lobby to floor one, got off the elevator and walked down a long hallway that included 5 stairs down. The stairs were carpeted but no railing. Handling bags down the hall and stairs was challenging and ultimately resulted in my husband falling. After traversing the long hallway and stairs we then boarded another very small elevator that nearly held 2 people and 2 bags and road up 4 more floors. Crazy. Room was nice but pretty tight. Bathroom was good and room was quiet. Because of the challenging access we changed rooms the next day to #109. Accessible one floor up on the reception area elevator. However, the room was even smaller with about 18 inches between the bed and the walls on either side. A couch was shoved at the end of the bed giving very small area to walk in front of the bed. Nowhere to set it store luggage. Noisier room on front Street. Nice of staff to accommodate the issue with access to #1403 but wow it was tight quarters.

Wir haben zunächst 14m2 gebucht um uns dann doch für 18m2 zu entscheiden. Das kleinere Zimmer wäre sehr sportlich geworden, da es auch so nun schon sehr eng war. Das Licht im Bad war insgesamt sehr dunkel.

The room is poorly designed. No bureau to put away clothes, lights along side of the bed too low to be able to read, no where to sit down to apply makeup. We needed assistance from the frint desk on the times for the train to Fredensbirg. Staff not knowledgeable about the train app. We were told tge trains don’t go to Fredensborg and given a schedule if a train and bus. Luckly the train staff showed us what to do. Area is a far walk to some areas such as Nyhavn. Now we are staying at Scandic Noreport near Rosenborg Cadtle, which is more upscake and includes Breakfadt. Rioms have wardrobe for clothes, better lighting and place for makeup.

Fietsen van het hotel trapten erg zwaar, gedurende de nacht gingen ze glazen leeggooien op de binnenplaats. Dit doe je niet als mensen liggen te slapen.

The interior design was great, very cohesive and on trend. We didn’t have breakfast here so can’t comment.

We booked a room for 3 adults, I called the property AND messaged on booking.com to confirm it was for three adults and I was assured we would be given a full size bed for the third adult. Sadly when we got there it was a mattress on the floor, and was not big enough for my 5’3 sister. I had to speak to the staff 4 times, each time they insisted there was no manager on duty (in the daytime, on a weekend, at the height of summer), until I accidentally ran into the manager (a few hours before departure, after spending 2 uncomfortable night sleeping on the floor). The room was also unclean, I have attached photos, and they had said they would prepare something for my sisters birthday, which they never did. For £400 a night I think there are far better hotels to stay in in Cph.

Posizione della struttura, nelle immediate vicinanze dei Giardini di Tivoli, eccellente per visitare il centro di questa splendida capitale; la reception sempre professionale e attenta alle necessità dei clienti. Il plus ulteriore è stato dato dall'alta qualità della prima colazione, servita in una sala di vero charme; complimenti ai bravi cuochi e all'eccezionale staff di servizio ai tavoli che merita tranquillamente 10 e lode, muchas gracias!

Il piano doccia a filo pavimento può creare problemi di "piccoli allagamenti" nel bagno; l'armadio per riporre i vestiti era di piccole dimensioni e senza cassetti.

The breakfast was very good. Nice to be able to choose from different options on the menu. The room was pretty but a bit small.

I would have liked a bigger room I would have liked to be able to use the rooftop (before noon) - for instance to take my coffee to the rooftop after breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day ahead.

No real complaints, but the room image for a "Queen Room" on Booking.com was misleading, suggesting a much bigger room or suite, than the "Standard" or "Cozy" room that the Grand Joanne has on their website.

My room although very well appointed with a comfortable bed and pillow was quite small.

Fabulous location, friendly staff, and impeccably clean rooms. The hotel is quite central and you can easily walk to most attractions and shopping streets. Towels and bedding were always changed and very comfortable.

Breakfast is very limited given it's price. The extra bed is more of a sleeping bag, it's flat on the floor, should be a bit higher.

The bed was very comfortable. The location is centrally located and could use bike, public transport, or even walk to most tourist points of interest. It is near grocery stores, restaurants and fast food chains.

Quite a small room and bathroom. Don't expect a fridge or microwave. Has limited tv channels. But it was functional enough to be comfortable and can rest well.

Nice hotel, nice location close to city centre and close to Central Station of Copenhagen. Roof Top Bar is always nice. Felt clean, new, nice ambiance.

I felt the price per room per night was high compared to what you got for it. Strange to have big windows in bath room, without curtains, so that you have the feeling that people can see you (maybe not but you do not know). Although the ambience is nice, it also felt a bit compact taking away part of the 'luxury' feeling

Das Frühstück war überragend. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das komplette Hotel war liebevoll eingerichtet . Sehr sauber und selbst der Fitnessbereich genial ausgestattet. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein!

Es war alles super für eine Städtereise!!!

The central location.

Very disorganised at breakfast. Despite telling reception when we arrived that we wanted breakfast at 9am, we were not on the list in the morning. Only one coffee allowed per person, but it arrives slowly. Staff gave the impression of working hard, but were very inefficient. Lighting in the room was so complex it needed a guide to using the light switches.

Das Design und die schönen Details waren außergewöhnlich und das nordische Hygge hat voll zugetroffen.

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein. Es gab kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten für Koffer und Taschen. Genauso im Bad, wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten und die Dusche war recht dunkel. Für das Frühstück musste man einen Slot im Vorfeld buchen, das hat dann jedoch nur so lala geklappt. Alle waren aber sehr bemüht.

Such a gorgeous, stylish hotel with great ambiance and friendly staff. Room was lovely with great features. Very compact but well designed and felt spacious. So comfortable. Great location right next to the station, and easy walk or bus to most places of interest.

The breakfast was tasty but the offer felt weird - you can't just order the buffet/"continental" on its on, you have to pay the equivalent of 34 euros for the buffet plus an a la carte dish. I'd have just liked the buffet and paid a little less.
