The best reception team ever! They are always helpful and provide the best service. The hotel location was great and room was clean.

Could hear neighbors as well as everyone else who walked passed our rooms doors. No sugar, very sad instant coffee in the room. Very tiny room, the bed was 140cm wide for 2 ppl.

The reception staff were excellent and knowledgeable and helped with our anniversary and birthday celebrations special.

Could do with more drawers for clothing storage.

Close to Nyhavn and other locations like the shoppes.

The room was a small room but was smaller than we expected

The location is superb, quiet area but within walking distance of pretty much everything. We had ballet tickets one evening and the location was also ideal for catching the boat-bus to the opera house. The staff were great, always polite, friendly and helpful. It was great that we could leave our luggage in a secure area after check out. The breakfast was amazing, I loved the oat porridge and the chia pots, but also the savoury options and the healthy ginger shots. All in all a great stay!

Everything was great! The staff was very helpful and friendly, we even had some nice chats with some of them! Even more perfect, the location! we were there for a touristic long weekend and did everything walking. All the sites are close by which is ideal

Even though we had read reviews before and seen the pictures the hotel room we booked was in fact really small. It is meant for two people but when you can bearly get into bed from both sides of the bed does it really countr for 2? That said, the available space was very well utilized!

My room was very small and very noisy, I could barely sleep at night. there was also a pipe of hot water just by the bed which made the room extremely hot. I would not stay again in this hotel.
