Dieses fabelhafte Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern bietet Platz für 13 Personen und ist wunderschön eingerichtet. ideal für große Gruppen oder mehrere Familien.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine große, offene Küche mit europäischen Edelstahlgeräten und Blick auf die Kanäle. Genießen Sie ein Glas über der Inselbank oder im Ess- und Wohnbereich mit viel Platz für alle. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer. Die Master-Suite verfügt über einen begehbaren Bademantel und ein eigenes Bad. Die Schlafzimmer 2 und 3 sind mit Queen-Size-Betten ausgestattet und werden von einem großen Familienbad mit einer großen Badewanne bedient. Ebenfalls enthalten ist eine vollständige Wäscherei, zwei separate Wasserklosetts und eine Tischtennisplatte.
Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großer Dachboden mit Balkon, dieser Raum verfügt über zwei Tri-Kojen und ein Einzelbett mit einem Fernseher.
Draußen entspannen Sie sich bei dem schönen Exmouth-Wetter auf dem großen Deck und genießen Sie unsere Sonnenuntergänge, kühlen Sie sich im Pool ab oder parken Sie Ihr Boot auf dem privaten Bootsanleger (kein Strom oder Wasser am Bootsanleger). House Needs Maintenance

The house is in a good location and is great with the pool and jetty. However the air conditioner in the living area leaked, straight onto the electrical cabling behind the tv, leaving a big puddle of water. The house was dirty on arrival, including fish in the freezer, and the toilets were, well, yuck! We had to get the cleaners come back the next day. The shelving in the fridge door is broken. And the bed linen needs to be replaced. This house is spacious and although we enjoyed our stay, it needs money spent on it, especially for the money they are charging to stay here.

The house is in a good location and is great with the pool and jetty. However the air conditioner in the living area leaked, straight onto the electrical cabling behind the tv, leaving a big puddle of water. The house was dirty on arrival, including fish in the freezer, and the toilets were, well, yuck! We had to get the cleaners come back the next day. The shelving in the fridge door is broken. The property has plenty of room. We had three different families and all the kids slept up stairs. The only issue is the bunks had duct tape keeping the top bunks together which was concerning. We did not use the top bunks due to these issues.

The fridge had fingerprints all over it and there were cobwebs all over the outdoor settings.

The place was amazing a little pricey but you can kind of see why when your there. Only thing I can fault is that it was double booked so we had three cars full of very disappointed people show up just after we arrived

Not exactly as advertised, top floor had no curtains and was facing the road with headlights shining in at night time and people could see in, a few light globes were out requiring a call to agent to get rectified as one was a safety issue as was on the stair case, linen dirty or stained, towels need replacing, floors extremely slippery when wet.
Apart from that was comfortable in a good area and reasonably clean in a excellent location

Great position
