Glass for rødvin, låst minibar, og at hotellet ikke drives som hotell men en institusjon som kynisk utnytter andres "ulykke" Prisene på mat og drikke er ufattelig høye og maten dårlig. Kr. 335,- for en 170gr hamburger🙈🙈

My recent stay at the hotel was marred by a series of disappointing experiences. Firstly, the room temperature was uncomfortably cold, and frustratingly, the thermostat would not adjust above 23 degrees Celsius, which made my stay less comfortable than expected. Additionally, the dining options were a letdown; not only was the menu very limited, but the prices were exorbitant, which did not correspond to the quality or variety of the food offered. Cleanliness was another major issue. The room's floor appeared to have been neglected for quite some time, a black strand of hair was present on the bed upon arrival, and the curtains were stained, all of which compelled me to clean the bathroom myself out of sheer disgust. Furthermore, a loose sink handle in the bathroom was indicative of the lack of attention to maintenance. Overall, these aspects significantly detracted from the overall experience, leaving much to be desired from a place where comfort and cleanliness should be a given.

we had an early flight so we did not have breakfast. The room was great. Peronnel were friendly and we ate in the restaurant in the evening and very pleasant staff. Food was very good.

You can't be any closer to the airport. It's just across the baggage claim area. Great beds, large room, responsive staff. Check-in online to avoid the long line at check in.

Easy wall to and from the airport.

There was a very unpleasant smell in the lobby when we first arrived at the hotel. The smell did not extend beyond the lobby to the higher floors, however it was unpleasant enough to dissuade us from having a drink or meal at the restaurant.

A superbly well-located hotel at the Oslo airport. You can walk directly from the arrival terminal to the hotel! Rooms are quiet and, in some, you can watch the planes landing.

The location is perfect for the airport. I also really liked the covered walkway, protecting travellers from snow and rain, and that luggage trolleys can be taken to, and picked up from, the hotel entrance. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and the food was delicious

Room had broken parts, in ex shower. Was not filled in missing things. Room too warmth, even it was at 17 degrees. Windows not possible to open. Bathtub in and old shower facility. Not worth the money.

Easy access to/from the airport. Excellent service at the front desk. Nice room and a really comfortable bed.

The hotel restaurant was not as good as we hoped. The front desk recommended strip steak, but that was not on the menu. We ordered entrecôte, but I wouldn't recommend that. Dessert was delicious, though.
