Not nice, not cosy, just to have a place to sleep, and surely overpriced

Super obsługa! Przemiły i komunikatywny zespół, zarówno Pani na recepcji jak i Panie przygotowujące śniadanie. To ogromny atut tego hotelu. Lokalizacja też na plus - położenie hotelu nie w samym centrum, ale samochodem da się do niego szybko dojechać. Sąsiedztwo spokojne i bez obaw chodziliśmy wieczorem. Bardzo blisko do średniej wielkości galerii handlowej i tramwaju - spacerkiem 8 min. Śniadanie również było bardzo dobre - ale może jestem mało obiektywna, bo mi na Słowacji smakuje wszystko :)

Hotel choć jest bardzo czysty, to przydałoby się odświeżenie lub zmiana wystroju. Zwłaszcza łazienka - wyglądają jak sprzed 30 lat. Coś dość głośno buczy za oknem (wentylator od klimatyzacji?) - co bardzo słychać w nocy, bo okolica jest naprawdę spokojna. Parking przy SUV-ie dość ciasny.

The room

When I arrived the code and the booking reference wrongly given. When contacted by phone it was they gave me a difference reference no n code no when I opened the room was already occupied was couple was already sleeping. What a embarrassment it was for me and for the others. When contacted they said there was error with the system. Then again they gave me th new reference no n new code in the middle of the night at 12:30 am. Next morning some random lady opened the door I was shocked. This was a disaster management.

Breakfast was really tasty. Very good location to the city center. Enough space to park a car. Public transport is also nearby. Nearby is also shopping center in case someone wants to eat something as there is no restaurant in the hotel.

the room should have an aircondition, but it didn't work, despite the complaint, staff didn't fix it. There was mold in the bathroom and dirty carpet in the room. Fotos on the booking doesn't match the reality in the rooms. After 1 night in this hotel I booked another hotel.

I liked verry much room with kitchen , and breakfast. The stuff are verry kind.

small parking behind hotel makes you going around some buildings to get there.

We had clean comfy room with the sky view:) Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The location is perfect when visiting events in the Stars Auditorium.
