Top to bottom probably one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at.

Service was beyond excellent. Two stand out people in Star Prestige were Diana who gave incredible customer care and service and Karim(?) from Morocco in catering who was always looking after us and so cheerful.
Some small building works near the pool for two days that we weren’t pre-warned about.

The hotel is extremely well located, near the beach and promenade. it is in a quiet area of Adeje. The pool area is exceptional. It is quiet and inviting. The gardens are well manicured, the pool incredibly clean and waiters on hand with drinks when required.
The breakfast is of a high standard with the option of sitting outside where views of the sea are fabulous.
The proximity to the promenade and seashore make it perfectly placed for lovely, scenic walks.
The room decor is becoming a little bit dated and rooms are in need of general renovation.
Attention to detail, which was clearly evident in earlier trips, was not there when I visited this time eg no wine/fruit in bedroom, no follow up when issues were raised.

It was our anniversary and birthday but the hotel didn’t acknowledge in any way. In the past they have made us feel special but not this time.

I absolutely love this place! I came here 'pre pandemic' and loved it then and if possible, whilst remaining largely as it was, it is even more excellent. It is just the most glorious retreat in a lovely part of the coast line. The service levels just could not have been better and everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Really beautiful property located right along the beach and main walkway along the ocean. Service was exceptional. The included buffet breakfast had everything anyone would want. Fabulous pool with plenty of places to relax. This is the best place in Costa Adeje and probably the best place to stay in Tenerife.

Outstanding in so many ways . Is there cheaper hotels in Tenerife? YES Are there better Hotels in Tenerife ? I very much doubt it . I booked for 3 nights and then extended my stay by another 4 nights . I have just booked to return in Feb.

We liked pretty much everything there. It’s a beautiful place at a wonderful location right by the beach. what really stood out was the friendliness and attentiveness of all the hotel personnel, quite remarkable! A special gracias to Besik at the restaurant and Tiziana of the hotel management. We felt very welcome and at home there and will be back. I can definitely recommend this hotel!

We loved everything about this hotel! The rooms are beautiful, the staff is super friendly and helpful. We were able to stay 3,5 hours longer after checking out for no extra cost in a courtesy room. Thank you for the amzing service!

There is everything to like about this hotel ... the staff are amazing, the rooms are spotless & spacious, breakfast is superb and restaurant food is excellent, and the location is perfect.
Very difficult to find fault, being hypercritical the evening entertainment left room for improvement on occasions, otherwise just the perennial issue of the preferred sunbeds being "towelled" before daylight!! I asked the pool attendant (who puts the cushions on the sunbeds) what time he starts and his response was "I start at 8 but the guests start at 6!".

This is a first class luxury hotel. The facilities are fabulous, the staff are really friendly, and the food is very high quality. The atmosphere is very relaxed and it is a very enjoyable place to go on holiday to.
