Perfect location, helpful staff.

Fantastic location if you want to know Paris. In my case, I chose this Hotel because I wanted to experience the nightlife at Les Marais, and it was the best decision ever. You have the metro next to the door. Also, you can easily walk everywhere feeling safe, and most importantly, the people from the Hotel are always kind and ready to help you. Great cleaning services, which unfortunately is not always common in Paris. I had three wonderful nights there, so next time I won't hesitate to book again in Duo Hotel.

Well, the only thing I can share is about the body mirror. It is small and hasn't had great lighting, so if you want to see your outfit before going out, it may not help, especially at night. Still, it works.

I arrived after a trying day. The receptionist was lovely and most helpful. I really liked the quirky design, the honesty bar and the ground floor layout with the indoor garden. Location is great as I know Paris well having lived there for 7 years. They were very helpful ordering me a taxi for my early flight departure.

I thought the room I had while well planned was tiny. I initially tried to drop off my luggage with the rental car I had but it wasn't possible to find a parking spot. Get a taxi to park at the delivery parking in front of BHV and then help with luggage. I didn't get a wake up call but as I was leaving met someone coming to get me for my taxi. The phone system didn't work. I felt like the room I was given was for a single person and if I hadn't had such a trying day would have asked to be changed. I think it was on 4th floor and probably a full sized bed. not a queen.

This was a last minute booking and the staff was super understanding and accomodating. They kept our luggage while we waited for check in time so we could explore the city.The proximity to the metro and beautiful sights was such a great plus!

The staff is outstandingly friendly and caring. The hotel is in a central location within short distance to museums and galleries. Super clean, nice selection of high-quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Everything was perfect.
