Description of the room said, there is balcony with the room. The provider gave us a room without balcony. The pictures of the room were those of a higher quality and bigger appartment, then what we got. The staff was unfriendly and uncollaborative in solving the issue. We got the right room only because the airconditioning went down in ours.

Work was being done on the street and a water pump was running day and night. After the first night we got used to it. And of course the hotel cannot do anything about it.

Helpful staff, thank you for the beautiful view from the room. We spent pleasant days there.

Claudia was AMAZING! We booked a large room but it had "partial" sea view from the balcony only. This was my birthday weekend so I was really looking forward to the sea. She went above an beyond to accommodate my family and I and we were very pleased to have TWO rooms facing the sea. The apartment was a nice size for our family. Had private parking and the building is secured at night. There are restaurants within walking distance.

It is off season so it was kind of expected but the building was under construction and we were woken up to loud drills and bangs. No breakfast (but the kitchen in the room solved that). No onsite bar or restaurant.

because of there were no many guests in hotel we got bigger room on the last floor with the best view on the sea - we really appreciate that. - a lot of space - big clean bathroom

The balcony was much smaller than advertised, and without seats like in the photos. The parking was an additional 10 eur per day. The beach voucher was farther away from hotel, they do not have a private beach. The windows could not be opened on top, just full.
