Закуската беше хубава. Местоположението е много добро. Басейнът е добър. Персоналът е много любезен.
Виенската сладкарница много ме разочарова. Храната /торта, сладолед, кафе, сок/ беше ниско качество, ние я върнахме. Цените бяха несъответстващо високи.
Личното ми впечатление е, че хотелът не е пригоден за гости-малки деца. Бих препоръчала семействата с малки деца да се насочат към друго място.

the hotel is huge and very nice we got a room with a view on the 8th floor.
Breakfast was nice. The room was nice and large.
I could not get a spa appointment -for spa treatment you have to book ahead of time

Excellent hotel, room and service. I used the swimming pool for free and got an free voucher for the casino. The staff were nice and helpfull and everything went as expected. I came by car and the parking was also included. Would gladly come again.

Hotel is big and old but but renovated rooms are very comfortable .
I like this hotel in general .
Casino is also big but service strange . We were playing and ordered just some tosts .It came 1 hour later and they asked to we eat them at another table :)
Our car was in their park lot and it was free We just went out 12.30 and when returned to ask reception .She said that " after 12.00 you must to pay 3 BGN " .
I just looked to them and said ok .
All weekend , we spent time in their casino + stayed in a 3 room and that was their answer .
Its a very small point and nothing for me but I can just say I didnt like it.

As always a pleasant stay in this nice hotel. All you need is available. Free parking. In the center of the city. A lot of facilities to use. Nice breakfast.

We were pleased about everything with my family. It's a professional facility. We felt very comfortable during our stay.
Breakfast is so so. Not worth paying for it, next time we would skip it and go out for breakfast.

The gentleman at breakfast (Alexander) was wonderful, he needs total recognition, if it was up to me I'd have him in charge, his mannerism was outstanding.
