Limited parking

Nice clean, spacious room. Excellent cooked breakfast with cereal or fruit available too. The manager was very accommodating and friendly.

There were not many parking spaces close to the hotel. However, there was a free public car park only two minutes walk away that allowed a stay of up to 23 hours without charge.

Family room had a separate dressing area and the ceilings were high.

We returned to our room after a wedding and found we had no toilet roll left. There wasn’t anyone around to provide us with more, which is fair enough as it was past midnight, however for three people sharing we would expect more than one toilet roll to be left in the bathroom.

Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

We were in one of the older rooms at the front of the hotel which weren't great. The room was very old, floor wonky and it felt tired. Our friends were in the newer rooms at the back of the hotel which were much nicer. It was very loud, with people leaving the pub at night, lots of noise of cars etc.

Our stay was excellent. Greeted very professionally in a warm and friendly manner. The room was lovely, clean and well positioned. The breakfast was excellent, served politely and professionally. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.
