This is our second visit to The White Swan and again we were not disappointed. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is tasty and the staff are lovely. Thank you

The hotel is in a central location and the hotel is beautiful. It was a lovely stay.

Lovely property in an excellent location. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom window had a very thin blind and the bathroom/bedroom door was glass so very light very early in the morning which affected our sleep. Quite pricey, and has various price tariffs for drinks which can be very expensive.

Central location made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area and enjoy local attractions, our room was meticulously clean, tastefully decorated, friendly reception and every member of the team went above and beyond to made our stay memorable.

The comfort room was spacious, liked the tea and coffee facility.. Breakfast was great, in the little pub area. Secure, walls are thin but we managed.

Some of the furnishings in the bathroom need to just be updated.. Broken handles in the sink.. Floors needed a little extra clean.. Room 206.

Location Beautifully kept building

Couldn't work out how to stop the fan from making a noise. Thought it was the bathroom vent. Turned out to be the AC. Be good to have instruction/info pack available in the room

Shame the lift was out of order, but couldn’t be helped, these things happen, a lovely member of staff helped us downstairs with luggage..

Excellent bedroom with well equipped bathroom. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Great position for walking around the sights of Stratford.

Expensive parking. Breakfast on day 2 not as good as day 1 and no smoked salmon on either day.

Some character in main areas - not in classic club bedroom though.

Noisy kitchen fans below Rom 114 - staff very helpful and offered alternative room which was great

The staff were friendly and attentive...food was very good 👍

The bed was too hard...the towel which was inside the shower cubicle was soaking wet before I even used the shower...other than that the room was very nice...

The character of our room was fabulous. The whole hotel looked good but we still felt relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast was great and dinner in the restaurant even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We booked the lowest priced room but it was still exceptional. The pictures do not show the ancient beams and character windows, or the fabulous bathroom - best hotel shower I've ever experienced. We thought we were booking a "pub with rooms", but this is a fantastic hotel with a lovely historical pub attached. Of the 6 pubs and b&b's we stayed in over our 10 day break the White Swan was by no means the most expensive but was absolutely the best. Also, great location, fantastic breakfast.

The location was perfect. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Our bathroom had a luxurious, deep bath and a super powerful shower. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing with great choices of buffet and hot food options. My old school friend and I met up here as an equidistant location and we would definitely come back to The White Swan as it was spot on.
