A quality handy location for Sydney International Airport and Wolli Creek railway station as well as the Rowing Club for dining out

We were able to leave our car there and catch the shuttle into the airport, much cheaper.

Very noisy, crying babies from other rooms kept us awake most of the night. Some of the reception staff are a little hard to understand

The room was clean and tidy, shower was great, beds were comfortable. Food was fairly priced and delicious.

Nothing I didn’t like

Very big room and super comfy bed. I did not want to get up in the morning. Loved that we could connect to the tv to watch our own shows. Amenities were fab

Did not get the room we reserved. Noisy room. Hotel is not soundproofed. You can hear the traffic and planes. Woken up by housekeeping knocking on door at 7.45am after arriving at 11.30pm.

Fridge, no enough coffee, milk and tea. Supposed have plates, forks spoons. Hobby and head cup (plastic) , when you have shower keeping dry.

The booking in experience was excellent - the room was clean and spacious - bed good. Very good experience.

The room was dirty, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and the sink did not drain.

We had a lovely room with nice comfortable bed and pillows.

Restuarant was about local pub standard.

Bathroom needs a little updating and room service tea coffee just very basic. For the price expected a little better.

Very close to airport, (walkable but roads very busy so we used the $10 shuttle) room was large clean and bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Use of health club pool was a bonus.

Room air conditioning was loud like a boiler freight train which kept waking us up all night. Pillows were awful. Price was expensive for what we got.

From booking in until departure it was 100%. I asked for another room after we arrived, and it was no problem at all. The people at the counter were very efficient and very friendly. We took a drink in the bar and something to eat plus the buffet breakfast the next morning and we could not fault it. The people are all very helpful and friendly. We been there now a few times and will highly recommend the Sydney Airport Novotel. We will definitely use it again in the future.

I honestly can't think about anything we didn't like.

Location to airport was great. Super easy to book shuttle bus. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Staff extremely helpful

Room was comfortable and quiet. Spacious enough to repack etc. Bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and very good staff. After a 14 hour flight and a 23 hour all round journey, it was nice to sit and relax with a great meal (slow cooked shoulder of lamb) and wine. Airport shuttle bus was on time and good service.

Room wasn't ready (at 6.30pm) but we had a drink in the bar to wait half an hour or so.

Thought staff were a bit rude. Service was poor and restaurant was ok but very expensive!! Felt like I was just a number!!

Good location.

Checked in at 3pm and had to wait for room to be ready. Decided to go to restaurant to burn some time. Wrong order was brought, didnt bother changing it, then we waited for 15 mins at the counter to try and pay for our meal, gave up in the end and reception (unable to find any staff) wrote our details down for the whenever the staff returned.
