Locality, within walking distance of Arundel through the path at the back. The rooms were large and comfortable.
There was a generator or something similar outside our window below which hummed all night.

Room was very nice and comfortable, pub and restaurant was very nice and a nice distance to walk into Arundale via the woodland path. Lovely breakfast and dinner in the restaurant
Shower and bath were awkward to use as the taps were against the wall so were different to use but this is a minor point as worked it out in the end

Breakfast room and dinner were very nice the bedroom was good. accessibility was good and easy. It was situated in a beautiful location close to the town and our cousins residence.
Room did not have a view like we expected.

The staff were all very helpful, particularly accommodating me with storing my luggage before the check in time. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast the next morning was great. The fan in the room was much appreciated with the warm weather

This hotel was perfect for my needs. Clean & comfortable. nice decor in the bedrooms. Food was very good & staff warm & friendly. I would recommend this property for an overnight stay

Room was spacious, clean. It was quiet with no road noise. There was a kettle with tea and coffee and biscuits. The bed was comfortable, enough pillows provided. Evening meal was delicious. Sat in dog friendly area of bar. Service excellent and staff attentive. Requested early breakfast as needed to leave by 8am. Continental breakfast was left for us, which was appreciated.

As always, hotel in general and our room were very clean and welcoming. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Our breakfasts and evening meals were well presented and very enjoyable.
We celebrated a birthday 🎂 and the afternoon tea for 9 people was well worth the money - we were very pleased. All in all a great stay and they also welcomed our dog - big bonus!

Very run down and basically dirty. The bathroom and bedroom were tiny! Threadbare carpet and scruffy. Dogs walked into breakfast😩

Room was lovely and clean and roomy. Staff were very friendly and restaurant food was excellent. Surrounding area for country walks was absolutely lovely. Hotel was about a four minute drive from town but we got parked in a car park very easily.

Breakfast was very good, Staff very helpful
Not enough staff at meal times, felt sorry for the waitress that took orders and had to serve the meals all on her own. Evening meal was very poor, pork belly was 60% fat, when complained i was offered 10% off? Room 5 backed onto rubbish bins that were emptied at 6.30 am on monday morning?. Early delivery lorries at back of room at 6.35am on Wed morning?, Hotel is a long way to walk into town along a very busy road. Will not recomend or go back.

Dinner menu not as extensive as we would expect and a tad pricey but what we had was lovely - the breakfast choices however were great and the food was fresh and hot
