Noise on floor above with chairs scraping on balcony. The balcony needs updating. Sun loungers would be nice.

Breakfast good. GPS using postal code leads to a rural lane! "Find Us" needs some further detail.

Spacious rooms, excellent public rooms. Lunch in the bar was excellent as was the included breakfast. All the staff we interacted with were chereful and helpful. Our 4th visit when in the area so despite the negatives we love this hotel.

Beds were not particularly comfortable. Some breakfast items were not as warm as they should be. Bar area was very noisy with large groups and echo effects.

Breakfast was amazing lots of choice, very relaxing. Room was huge and was beautiful. Staff very very polite and helpful.

Room had cobwebs. 2 single mattress pushed together, that kept separating though the night which was very uncomfortable.

It was my birthday and they do not serve my favourite Strawberry Daiquiri cocktail! The only real thing that would have enhanced it for me is if they had a small shop facility on site for your basics essentials as I had forgotten my toothpaste, but this was a personal oversight.

Booked because of the pool but only found out after paying children could only swim 3-5, no swim offered even early which seems mean as paid adult prices for them. Disappointed as thought they catered for families but seems only a limited amount. Appreciate restricted times but an hour in morning would have been nice. Patio doors in 221 on left side don't shut properly and whistled. walls dirty down right hand side of king bed. broken loungers in pool, not enough places to sit.

Room service and housekeeping is very accommodative.

The times didn’t match the times on the recommended app. The jacuzzi and sauna was not working. The waiting and night staff was rude and clueless.

House keeping below par on this occasion. Toilet roll not replaced, coffee, tea bags not replenished in room. No hot chocolate available in the spa area, the last two visits to the hotel have been exactly the same.
