Everything was fine.

We didn't enjoy the food we had for dinner at the restaurant that much & left before breakfast.

Great facility, Parking was expensive and $7 for a litre of Milk was over the top! But all in all a good stay.

Excellent service with the convenience for the ability to utilise the shuttle bus to the airport even though it wasn't too far to walk.

The carpet was very clean. Can leave bags in reception for free.

No concierge or they were on a break or something. It's very outdated. Double beds need replacing as they don't support your body and sinks when you sleep. Lighting is not enough and not electronics friendly as no usb sockets. Toilet is hard to flush, and toilet seat not soft closing like other hotels. No bath robes and sleepers. You can hear other guests closing the wardrobe as it is not soft closing either. The only good thing about the room was the carpet as it was very clean. Pool and area not maintained and bare. It might be as well be closed. It is enough for transit accommodation, but not for a stay as it is far from being luxury as stated. Stayed in a better 3 star hotels before.

Room service was not good. Choices for the hungry / thirsty late arrivals were very poor indeed, and the wait time was way too long. A bit dated and bathroom definitely needs upgrade. I’ve already booked my outgoing stay, if I could cancel I would, and stay at the Pullman again

Reception was rude, told me they didn’t receive payment although it had already been taken from my bank accounts. And was going to recharge until I had to find payment on my bank statement. I misplaced my shuttle passes and reception wouldn’t provide me with a replacement without paying for them again, totally unacceptable and found reception very unpleasant

Initially Reception lady was rude and uncooperative and would not grant early check-in. Just flew back from central America, requested early check-in upon booking. Told me I should have brought two nights. Apparently not a room available in the entire hotel until 1pm. After another hour I went back to different receptionist, for an additional cost, she got me a room straight away.

The hotel is right next to the airport, you can actually see the Qantas terminal and the runaway from your room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room service was exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate. The breakfast was a bit pricey for the options available, though. The nearest train station (Mascot) is just 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommended airport hotel.

These is plenty space in a room but no sofa or relaxing chair with table. Only one desk chair for 3 people. We ordered drinks and kid’s meal for room service but uncomfortable to having our meals.
