Great Location. Great Customer Service. New Samsung TV in room.

Only two lifts servicing 29 levels, meaning in peak areas long waits for lifts. Aircon is centrally controlled and unable to change temperature or turn off/on without contacting reception. The interior is outdated and is in need of renovations.

Perhaps the air conditioning could have been better. In each bedroom would be good.

It was in a great location and very clean.

My aircon didn’t work, I rang the front desk about the issue and they didn’t do anything to sort it out.

The traffic is connected in all directions, and location is the best,The equipment is complete, and service staff’s attitude is very good,However can the bathtub be equipped with handrails on the side of the wall? Because Some people like to take a shower,it is difficult to get in and out the bathtub,If there is a chance,l will stay in you hotel.

Check in was later than most accommodation Room was overly warm with no instructions for the air con available unless you go online.

We stayed in a lovely studio apartment, it's in a fabulous location in the heart of the city & close to public transport. I thoroughly recommend this Hotel.

The location was the best. Adina Town Hall was located perfectly for the family and I. Walking distance to public transportation, attractions, and good eats. The staff from reception to house cleaning were friendly and informative.

The only complain would be the carpets need an update. But everything else was worked well.

Really lovely and professional staff. We able to create the room to suit our needs. Really helpful in storing our bags during the day when we were vacating.

The apartment is in a great location

The plumbing is really noisy and the apartments could do with an upgrade as they are looking a little old

Location and ease for a trip to the city. Parking was also easy and affordable.

Accommodation was a comfortable, clean but a little dated. The showers were very small and the water pressure was terrible.

The room was very comfortable and had a full kitchen which was great with kids. Also liked that there were two bathrooms in the two bed apartment and one had a full bath.
