Bathrooms were not clean to a high standard. Shower door was broken and unable to be closed effectively. Some kitchen items were unclean in the cupboards.

Lovely area with a great little corner grocery down the road .

Little choice on cafes

The apartment was very spacious and had loads of amenities. One bedroom with ensuite and one with attached bathroom and a big lounge/kitchen. Very comfortable! The walk into downtown (George St), downhill, takes around 20-25min.

The apartment was only superficially cleaned. There was a lot of dust and smudge on light switches, surfaces, glass. The dishwasher was quite filthy on the sides and at the top. The place needs a deep clean.

Liked how comfy it was, and private at the same time

The cleanliness needed some work. Dust everywhere, there was massive layers in the laundry, bathroom had soap on the wall, items left in the cupboards from previous people and sheets stained.

Housekeeping and facilities maintenance is poor. 1st room I checked in had faulty Aircon and smelly dishwasher with water accumulating in it. It was almost 11pm on 19/7, Pat was great and efficient in assisting us to change room. Then in the 2nd room, facilities were fine, but housekeeping seems to have amnesia as the room was half cleaned on 20/7, leaving undone bed and half washed toilet for us to wonder what's the hurry.......

The room was nice, the location was pretty good. The pool and spa was nice but the pool was very cold

The staff were rude at check in, the room didn't seem fully clean when we got in. There were handprint marks on the mirrors and it just seemed a bit dirty.

Great having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Plenty of room plus a couple of balconies were a bonus. Close to everything in Surry Hills, easy walk to Central Station and my daughter and i, travelling alone, felt perfectly safe.

My daughter wouldn’t use the bath as there were a few hairs in it when we arrived and it looked a little unclean. Overall the unit could do with a little TLC. Big crack in the ensuite sink, walls and doors a bit grubby and only two glasses.

a little run down, bathroom needs a good clean, elevators finicky, wifi is horrible (totally unacceptable in 2023 to be asked to pay $10 a day for fast wifi)

Location - amazing. 24/7 service. Apartments cleaned everyday.

Bathrooms a little small. No separate toilet

loved the spacious Appartment, Carpark location, handy for walking to Central Station and all the restaurants and shops

Not allowed to smoke on the balcony. Only downside.

Location of Hotel Size of room was quite large & offered a sizeable outdoor area with views of the city.

There were some areas on the property that were run down & in need of some maintenance.
