Pool area and breakfast was ok

Room bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard.

I really enjoyed the food! Everything was excellent! The people were extremely nice and caring! The room was super comfortable and huge! With all the commodities! The hotel was a 2km walking distance to Airlie beach ! And the walk was just amazing!

Nice room with a comfortable bed. Had free access to a pool and spa, and the complimentary breakfast was good. Reception was friendly and had a very easy check-in and check-out process. Free onsite parking as well.

We had to change rooms due to a strange smell coming from the air conditioner. Walls are pretty thin so we could hear people walking around and using the bathroom. There is no fan in the bathroom and the water pressure could have been a bit better.

Based on some previous reviews our expectations weren’t really high, but they were definitely exceeded. The room was very comfortable and nicely furnished and even though we booked a resort room, it was facing the pool. Got a great night’s sleep and the inclusive buffet breakfast was great (lots of choice and good quality). So glad we booked to stay here and not one of the noisy hotels in the centre of town

I booked a two bedroom unit. 1 queen 2 singles Got two small bedrooms exactly the same with an a joining door. Kids had to sleep in a queen bed together. The room smelt like prawns for the entire stay.

Very clean room overlooking the fabulous pool/sunbathing area. Large well equipped Gym.

Room was on the smaller side but was manageable. Location was quite a way out from the centre but enough shops nearby to get supplies. Reception staff were a bit cold, however the bar staff made up for this ten-fold. Felt it was on the more expensive side for the room size but it is a lovely hotel so can't complain too much.

Fantastic breakfast wide choice of food. The savoury mince was the best I've ever had. Staff were great especially Jude who was really helpful. Pool area great plenty of sunbeds and complimentary towels. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Some of the staff specially at the restaurant were very nice, the pool was a plus for this price.

My room smelled so much like sewage, we figured out the smell was coming from the bathroom. They never came to clean while we were there, I saw cockroaches in my room and they gave us no bottled water. It is a 40-ish minute walk from the Airlie town. It is quite cheap and I guess you get what you pay for.

No hacen la cama, ni limpian a diario. No recuerdo haber sido advertido de esto al contratar. Además, la ubicación no es muy buena, pues el hotel está a una media hora andando de Airlie Beach. La calidad del wifi es muy mala.

I broke out in hives the first morning becoming itchy during the night ? Linen or harsh chemicals or potentially just a reaction from myself but my partner woke up the same

Der Service: Zimmer sind drei Übernachtungen kein einziges Mal gemacht worden, im Restaurant musste man ewig auf Speisen und Getränke warten. Das Personal war sehr langsam und hatte nichts im Griff

Breakfast and staff were awesome. beds comfortable. I didn't notice the noise and upgrades that where happening. Everything was nice and close

I was a little annoyed at the fact I could not drink my own drinks around my room due to the fact that the whole place was licensed

A reception worker called Ken, and The parking

The bathroom shower leaked gallons of water over the floor and there was no soap holder. Had to put shampoo on the floor. The breakfast ( pretty horrible) and some of the staff at breakfast. You don’t wipe a patrons table whilst they are enjoying their last moments at the table. ( and.. that was the lady in charge)

That the shower leaked all over bathroom floor and into the room. Was offered towels to clean up myself. No offer to clean up by staff or use of dryer to dry clothes that got wet in the process. No offer to change rooms, unable to shower the whole stay. Was offered 50% refund but that was verbally, nothing since from staff or manager to confirm.

Lovely staff from the get go, stylish and comfortable room. The pool area was beautiful and the extensive bar and deck area was great. Felt like a luxurious stay. We enjoyed happy hour, slept like babies then had a yummy buffet brekky the next day. Right around the corner from the shopping centre too.

The shower was odd in that you stepped up a small step into it, so if you opened the door during the shower or even after before all the water drained, then water spilled out onto the bathroom floor. Bath mat was soaked, so it's a design flaw, but very minor.

Renovated room but floor had bumps in it shower leaked all over floor. Could of been really nice
