Gluten Free for Breakfast was a challenge

the staff is lively, the location great, surrounded with venues, the room clean and fresh

the bathroom was not the best and the sink didn’t work

Good value hotel with parking convenient for visiting the centre of Lyon. We chose it because there is a bus stop outside that connects to the metro and city centre in 30 minutes. A €6 ticket covers all public transport for 24 hours. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little basic, with no coffee making facilities and mediocre wi-fi. Having said that, the staff were very friendly and we had two excellent meals in the evening and a very good breakfast.

Could do with a kettle in the room and better wi-fi.

The Staff was great! Very warm welcome, professional, had all the answers to all my questions, very helpful. Dinner was great, breakfast a bit limited for such a long stay: croissant, 1/4 baguette. and butter will only get you so far, but not for a weeks stay.

The room was not in a quiet location, lots of noise from the corridor, and outside - if someone is staying in the hotel for 5 nights, you would want to put them on the top floor, away from any noisy groups of guests. Probably not my choice for my next business meeting in 6 weeks
