Standardowe śniadania podawane od godziny 7.00. Otrzymaliśmy pokój z widokiem na miasto i park oraz balkonem bez dopłaty. Lokalizacja dogodna, krótki spacerek do komunikacji miejskiej.

Śniadanie od 7 ale woda i kawa chłodne jeszcze nie podgrzane, croissant nie były świeże. Głośny klimatyzator na zewnątrz.

La ubicación muy buena. Muy cerca de Marqués de Pombal donde hay metro y autobuses. Andando a 10 minutos del centro. La cama muy cómoda y la habitación limpia. Caja de seguridad gratuita. Personal muy atento.

La habitación muy pequeña. No se parecía en nada a la que te ponen en internet. El cuarto de baño minúsculo. La bañera muy alta. Y las vistas de la habitación no daban al Parque de Eduardo VII.

Lo mejor la señora que nos atendió en recepción.

Rooms are very small. Bed and no room for anything else. Still the room was ok. Breakfast was kind of boring but the coffee was very good. We had to change to a different room with a different layout that provided some more room to move around. No extra charge.

Room size. Hotel was in front of a nice park and that was very nice. Able to walk through the park to our favorite shopping mall La Cortes Ingles. If you go don't miss shopping at this mall, especially the 7th floor food court and the basement very cheap eateries and very good.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, great location and my room looked over the city and was stunning.

The hotel had an issue with lack of water. They paid for a taxi and sent me to a partner hotel even more luxurious without an increase in price.

The location was great! Next-door to the Intercontinental and Four Seasons Hotel. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Sightseeing bus, hop on hop off, is nearby.

Staff could be a little more friendly — a smile goes a long way.

We had a balcony room on the 7th floor which looked over the park and city beyond. The room was comfortable with the necessary facilities. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. For example , they gave us the names of 2 restaurants to try. One of these we used twice for dinner! Plenty of choice from the self service breakfast was appreciated.

Our bathroom was small. Very small. They could have left out the bidet and had just a shower unit and not a bath too. However, we adapted to it.

All the above, once you get used to where everything is it is ideal as the tour buses run a five minute walk to the bottom of the park. The restuarants were very nice and some shopping. We found the cleaning staff very friendly, breakfast staff very helpful. The maintenance man came straight away when we had a problem with water in the bathroom and got sorted immediately.

A bit more information on where to go for perhaps food shopping if needed, we did find a couple of places but we were there a long time, so had time to look around t would have been useful to have a bit more information from reception staff, maybe, a local map, or even a list of nearby places. The park was lovely and the planetarium very peaceful, which is in the park, and very reasonable fee, although on a sunday it is free.

Was here just for one night on business and was pleasantly surprised. Had a lovely quiet room and the staff was wonderful. Would stay again

The individual AC makes a lot of noise. At least when heating. The room was small compared to the impression the pictures gave. The bathroom makes us feel inside a shoe box. Older people or people with movement problems will have difficulties to enter and exit the bathtub, because the access is a two feet gap between the sink and the bathtub. Also wider people will have problems using the toilet that is an inch from the sidewall. Can't fit 2 persons at once.

friendly staff, reception area and seating area large and well furnished. opulent feeling, good to start trip. great views from balcony, we were upgraded to a family suite, which actually had a bedroom and separate room with comfortable settee with second bed underneath and own tv. breakfast was lots of choice

bathroom was small, suggest remove bidet . only one main lift, fine while we were there but at busier times could be a problem as 11 floors but luckily only 9 rooms a floor.
