Breakfast was ok, enough choice of items. Location was fine and cleanliness was ok. Reception staff were pleasant.

Food was drying up at breakfast as it was not covered, only a 250ml water bottle provided in the room for 2 people for 2 days, the mattress was the worst I have ever slept in anywhere in the world! Extremely hard and sloping into the middle. Abruptly told at check in that we could not move to a quieter room as hotel was completely full (we only saw about 10 guests at breakfast)

Very friendly staff and a good location. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and was quite good. Our room was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The hotel and rooms were also decorated quite well and gave off a more polished vibe. There's a hypermarket close by (Pingo Doce; 2 minutes' walk) and great restaurants in the area. I'd highly recommend trying "Nini" close by.

Some of the furniture was chipped and I personally found the entrance to the parking space to be very narrow. Broader cars may not fit altogether; I had to pull in my side mirrors to get through.
