Good location

The vinyl flooring :(

We were greeted by friendly staff and that continued throughout our stay. The rooms and amenities were clean and in good working condition and the breakfast buffet had great selections!

We travelled with two other couples - one of the other couples had late arrival and did not end up with rooms as nice as the other two - even after they were moved to another room the next day.

Location was great! Very good breakfast.

Camera al 2 piano molto rumorosa per il fatto che dava sulla strada interna, alle 5:30 del mattino un via vai per scaricare merce al hotel che è stato imposible dormire. Mi chiedo come mai le camere così esposte a rumori interni del hotel non abbiano i vetri insonorizzati Colazione davvero scarsa e pagare una bottiglia d’acqua frizzante 4€ a colazione mi sembra assurdo.

Breakfast buffet suited all tastes. Location is ideal for Northside shopping and Croke Park.

Que las habitaciones familiares aunque son muy amplias y cómodas quedan muy apartadas de las instalaciones comunes del hotel, sin apenas luz y en una calle lateral

Excelente hotel con una ubicación inmejorable. Habitaciones muy cómodas y un desayuno muy completo. Nos quedamos 3 noches con mi familia de 4 y dio bien para conocer Dublin. Sin dudas muy recomendable.

Convenient for attractions and bus lines.

The cost for the room. And found two potato bugs in our room. Pull out bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

The room size was great, there were two restaurants on site, and the receptionist was willing and eager to inform me of all the great city sites. Conveniently, there was a self-service laundry facility a short walk away, which we were in need of.

The hotel seems to be advertising itself as grander than it is. The exterior looked great, but the inside was very dated.

Good location on the famous O’Connell street - 10-15 minute walk to temple bar area Room was lovely - spacious and nice bathroom. Lovely comfortable bed and pillow - so good night’s sleep! Plenty choice at breakfast Staff were all lovely

Great location, great breakfast and overall friendly staff.

Pictures of the room did not match Booking.com Staff shrugged off saying management had renovated.

La ubicación es muy buena , las instalaciones inmejorables , habitación muy amplia , camas cómodas . El desayuno muy bueno y con opciones para celiacos !!! El personal muy amable, sobretodo Belen.

Staff very welcoming

Beautiful accommodation, excellently located. Excellent breakfast selection and bar menu.

We were sent to a 2nd breakfast area by a particularly abrupt staff member despite the fact we were a party of 6, and one person was already in the first dining room, unaware we had been sent elsewhere. No late-night food/snacks are available other than the likes of crisps at the bar.

We stayed for 5 nights, and every breakfast was identical. It would be nice if there was a bit of variety from day to day.

Staff was exceptional as was the service.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare especially because tour buses were constantly parked in front so we had no place to unload our luggage.

The breakfast was excellent. There was plenty of variety to suit all needs.

It would have been very beneficial if drinking water was available in the room. The weather was very warm and so hydration was essential.

Lack of extra pillows - 2 on double bed and just one extra in wardrobe. Throw on end of bed a little shabby.

we had an issue with the original room , the staff were excellent and sorted out the issue very promptly and moved us to a lovely room

We liked the location as it was so close to buses and main attractions. We also liked that two cup cakes were in our room with a welcome sign .

Our room was too far away from the lifts and it took a long time to walk to our room ( we were placed in the furtherest wing)

Good size room and very comfortable bed. Location was close to nice shops, and a short walk to temple bar and Trinity College.

The only downfall was the rush at breakfast time. It’s a large hotel and many people were rushing in as soon as the breakfast commenced.

Concierge - someone knowledgeable about local things would be nice. The role is mentioned in your your service directory but the reception staff could only google.

Good selection at breakfast

The room looked much more shabby than the photos online. There isn't a proper bathroom door but a sliding glass one which has a gap that you can see through which doesn't lend much to privacy! My partner went downstairs to use the bathroom and there was a queue of others waiting to do the exact same! So it wasn't just us being fussy. I found it difficult to sleep until after 2am due to loud music across the street, there isn't much in terms of sound proofing to prevent loud noise on a busy street. When we arrived for breakfast we were shown to a table where to sit but that was it. The waiter didn't explain anything or ask was there anything we needed such as tea etc which we did have to ask for. Over all I was so disappointed that this stay cost €206 it was not worth it at all.
