The restaurant and the lovely glass bar and terrace
The rooms weren’t what I expected. The bathroom was average

Beautifully decoratedl hotel, very well maintained. Grounds of hotel are very nice also - credit due to the team of gardeners.
Service at dinner was subpar. Unfortunately some time after ordering dinner at waiters recommendations, he returned to say the items we had ordered were now sold out which was disappointing.

Booked this for my partners birthday, just wanted 1 night to escape reality and relax, this was the perfect place to do so we stayed in the woodland suite. It was beautiful staff were very attentive and helpful

The Staff was wonderful, especially Trevor in the Bar/restaurant along with the barbacks.
Upon arrival, our room had a terrible odor.. we had already unpacked and the staff brought spray. They said they had been having a problem and offered to change our room. After a while with the spray, the smell dissipated. The only other thing was the separation from the main building and having to go up and down stairs to go to and from our room.

The stay was overall perfect, service was good aswell as the food breakfast was lovely and tranquil as we had the clubhouse to ourselves.The view was spectacular aswell as the welcoming staff.

Staff were all very polite and welcoming
No towels available for swimming and no one around to ask, I had to ask another customer (who was very helpful)
Robes for my massage were too small (I am not a large person) most hotels the robes are too big. No larger ones available when I asked which meant I had to walk around half naked with a too small robe on, quite embarrassing. Had to phone 4 or 5 times to get through to order dinner to my room. Just didn't feel the quality of the stay attention I got nor the room were really worth the price I paid. Ive had much better stays in cheaper hotels so was expecting more.

The staff were absolutely delightful - very welcoming and friendly. Restaurant meal was excellent and the views superb. The bed was very comfortable, but not acres of storage space.
The right side of town to get to the golf club and Blarney castle.
It is a hike up the hill from the town - but really not too bad - at the bottom of the hill there are several excellent restaurants, so it's good to walk it off. Could do with a make up mirror with light in the room.

The front desk folks were pleasant, responsive and helpful!
The room cleaning staff were attentive and meticulous.
Getting to the city center was a challenge! We adapted by getting ourselves LEAP cards and taking the bus, but it took a couple of days.
We were tired after a day of travel but were turned away for dinner for not having a reservation. Really, this is a service business?

Lovely hotel with very nice amenities including restaurant/bar/gym and pool.
Slightly further away from the city center so not too close to other restaurants. The rooms themselves were clean but did not feel as luxurious as the other features of the hotel.

Only thing I didn’t like was no TV in any of the bars being a sports fan wanted to watch a match so I had to go back to my room to watch it

I had one of the apartments and the only thing i would say would be the bathroom is a bit dated having to step into a bath for a shower

beautiful location/view. decor in the hotel. restaurant & bar are beautiful spots.
bedroom was way too warm. breakfast was a bit hit and miss service wise. could smell smoke coming from outside when anyone went in or out.

The rooms are not good very basic bathrooms awful no where to store items. Felt like a holiday inn in the rooms but bar and restaurant amazing so it was mixed for me. Would not stay again only go back to eat.

The food in the restaurant was fine, but perhaps didn't meet the same standard as the rest of the hotel (beautiful bar and eating area, great decor etc.)

Cinema would not allow under 18. It would be good if they showed kids movie at certain time, especially if they knew kids were staying there
