I recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful villas, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The property's standout feature is undoubtedly the incredibly spacious villas, which offer a seamless open concept design that allows guests to bask in the natural beauty surrounding them. From the moment we stepped into our villa, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of nature right outside our windows. The open concept design truly blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living, creating an authentic feeling of being close to nature. Whether enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploration, the villa's design effortlessly connects you with the stunning surroundings. The villas themselves were thoughtfully designed and exuded a sense of comfort and luxury. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was met with convenience and relaxation. We truly felt like we were in our own private oasis. Beyond the exceptional accommodations, the staff at this property deserve special recognition. Throughout our stay, they displayed the utmost professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met promptly and with a smile. What impressed us the most was the staff's willingness to help. No request was too big or small, and they always made sure we felt at home. Their friendly demeanor and attentiveness truly enhanced our overall experience, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.

This was our favorite accommodation in Bali. The villas are exceptional. Beautifully designed, private yet nice open and airy feel, perfectly integrated with the beautiful landscaped garden & outstanding water views. Service was faultless. Food/breakfast was good. Great pool area & kids loved the water slide. The location is nice too, closer enough to walk to blue lagoon beach or padangbai, but far enough to feel private & quiet. Great value too - we stayed in places 2-3x more expensive that are nowhere near as nice..

As we had an early morning boat from Padang Bai to Gili Meno, we enjoyed the Bloo Lagoon Eco Village for one night. We were welcomed hospitably and had a lovely bungalow, number 15. Close to the fine pool and all the park's amenities and with a great view of the sea. The bungalow was cleverly built; the two rooms each had their own accommodation. You notice from everything that care for people and nature is high on Bloo Lagoon's agenda. Because we had to report to the port at 7.30 a.m., the cook and his staff started preparing breakfast earlier; we were able to arrive as early as 7.00 a.m. Great! After the delicious and extensive buffet breakfast, the resort's driver was already waiting for us and took us to the port in five minutes. What a service, really great. We could have lasted much longer at Bloo Lagoon; a fine park in a very beautiful place.

Magnificent view.There’s a mountain harbor view ,sometimes you can’t see the Agung volcano though.Their free shuttle service is 7/24,connecting you from the little isolated paradise to the busy town and harbor efficiently .WA communication is also effective and smooth.The pool locates center of the resort,becoming kids’ land of happy.

The displays in the room are a little bit outdated

the Villa had absolutely amazing views!! we were thrilled with the accommodation and the location up on the hill. easy to walk down to local restaurants and explore , with the option of calling the shuttle bus via whatsapp to come down and pick us up and shuttle us back up the hill. monkeys were on the road on one occasion which was a little scary, but also funny! we had decided we would walk down and have a look around and then came across monkeys, which made us turn around. I’m sure we would have been fine, but we weren’t up for walking through them all. the resort had a great pool with a slide into the water, which was fun, and all of the villas had spectacular views, but we were very happy with our 3 bedroom Villa, with two outdoor bathrooms and an open air lounge room with panoramic view!! perfect! drinking water was provided too, which was great to fill up drink bottles! we enjoyed a massage at the spa, that was great 😊 and the restaurant was really good too! thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bloo lagoon 🥰 the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

- breakfast is way behind of the standard you’d expect - staff popped in the villa unannounced… kind of annoying - locked the doors to the villa to spend a day on the beach, when coming back the doors where open with no notice who was in our rooms and why. also… kindly lock the doors again. - villas are still nice but need a facelift soon

It felt like you were miles away from everything yet, so close. Highly recommend this resort. Great service, great location.

the grounds and facilities were really beautiful

The view from the rooms was amazing. We overlooked the bay and it was quite breathtaking!. The pool was good and great to de stress in after a long car journey. It was good to use the shuttle service to get down into the town. The restaurant food was good, and the service was good. Its major feature was that it was in a place that jutted out from the cliffside!. The view of the bay was amazing.

I cannot find fault in this place!

Fabulous views and design of our accommodation was good

The standard of cleaning needs to be improved a lot . Rooms should be checked , sinks, showers , shelves grubby .It takes away from a lovely place.

The sea view n at nite the star view from my room were amazing and I find the food provided of very good taste and value.

it is a very spécial village! 3 Times in Bali, I always stay at least 3 days in this hotel. it is a wonderful and magical place with great food, great spa and great people !!!

Staff very helpful. Great breakfast and dinner. Pool very pleasant. Room was airy and light with good view. Grounds were very pretty and tranquil. I liked my view of the harbor.

Internet could have been better.

The rooms are not 5 star but nice. The views and all the food was 5 star and beyond.

Amazing resort with a great concept! The nicest staff who goes up and beyond for everything you ask. Try the Balinese cooking class and you are in heaven!

one room had no aircon

We stayed for two weeks and had the best holiday. The views were just stunning, very pieceful, breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice the food at the restaurant was excellent. Good menu. We pre-ordered our food so we didn’t have to wait for too long. Even so it is worth the wait. Everything is made from scratch with fresh ingredients. The massages in the spa were amazing . Morning yoga with the sea view was unique. Thank you so much Bloo Lagoon and Helix 64 restaurant Teams for looking after us.

More pest control needed

The ambience is super peaceful, with amazing view from our room. We really appreciate for the room upgrade as we are 5 member family. The facilities are very nice and working well, except the swimming pool. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious with many option such as western and local food. We might come here again someday. Very recommended!

Still some room for improvement. As I mentioned above, the swimming pool need to be maintained, as it is green colored and we doubted we could swim there. For the room, they need to do something to make sure all caterpillars away from the bathroom and inside the room. If they can do that, this property will be perfect!

When we first entered the room we knew it was for us. Surrounded by foliage and flowers with an open plan environment. The room was perfect for our family of 5, even our baby that has just started walking was manageable here. There is a wonderful panoramic view from the loft, where you can see the volcano and the bay. We did the cooking class, our kids really enjoyed it and the Jackfruit curry was excellent. The yoga class in the morning really brought happiness to the rest of the day, a wonderful breakfast, beautiful gardens to explore and an amazing snorkeling beach just down the road made the entire weekend one to remember. Thank you to the Bloo Lagoon team! Your establishment is certainly one of a kind and truly magnificent. I hope we can come back soon.
