Internet quasi assente Siamo nel 2024,è una vergogna che nel hotel dove soggiorni, non puoi lavorare o fare altro perché manca l'internet,va e viene,va e viene

The location was good and the hotel was generally quiet which meant a good night's sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly at the desk. Good quality for what we paid.

The room was very cold, it took a very long time to heat with fiddly heating system. The shower also took a very long time to heat, we spoke to reception and they kindly informed us it can take 5-10 minutes to heat. The TV was okay but couldn't cast to it.

the drains smelled like rotten eggs so bad in the room continually, the shower leaked through the door seal, the facility needed a toaster, and I wasnt aware I could upgrade from a compact room for a small fee this was not offered to me and when i asked about parking by online messaging this was all sorted and when i checled in the gentlemen was very blunt in saying you are in luck we have a parking space for you and when i mentioned the message he said they dont hold parking spaces with bookings this gets added when you check in so in ither worda there may not have been a space for me even though i asked for a space once booking was confirmed.

Location is fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Couldn’t hear the main road. Polite staff.

Thick dust behind bedside table. Wifi didn’t work (have to pay an extra $20 for it… but I got it refunded because it didn’t work). Bathroom is tiny, had to get into the shower sideways - wouldn’t be suitable for a big person. And the casting feature has been disabled on the tv.
