On arrival, check-in staff offered a room upgrade, at an attractive price. We took the upgrade and were very happy with our decision - the room was spacious and very well appointed.

The hot food offered at the buffet breakfast was not; at best, it may have been described as lukewarm but this would have been an overstatement. The coffee was terrible.

The Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport is spacious and well appointed. The dining room offers both an a la carte or buffet style dining experience. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. Staying at this hotel was the perfect way to end our holiday in Japan.

Great quality

- Upper floor (12th). - Clean. - Calm. - Fridge in room. - The room had everything needed for one night, but nothing more.

- Room was not ready when we arrived (at 7PM), we had to wait in the lobby. - All restaurants are "temporarily closed" but one at the lobby level ("Terrace", disappointing buffet, last order 9PM). - Located midst of nowhere, no alternative for dining out, no evening walk possible, but despite it far away from the airport (20 minutes shuttle bus).

Staff was great. Room was big. Bathroom was big.

There was a smell from the bathroom. The room seems outdated. No pen or note pad to write. The decor in the dining area seems outdated as well.

Apparently wifi is not included which is strange however they just recommended I sign up as a Hilton hotel member which is free and then Wifi is included for free so not really an issue.

食事は、とても良かったです。私の一番のお気に入りは、施設で特にプールです。プールの利用時間もとても利用しやすく、飛行機から降りた後の運動不足を解消するのにとても有り難かったです。館内の装飾（お雛様など）季節感あふれて、綺麗で（部屋のシンク以外）とても良かったです。職員の方も丁寧で、また、来ます。

細かい事ですが、洗面所のシンクのところに（食べかす？！）小さなゴミがこびりついていたので、歯ブラシでこすり落としました。ヒルトンさんであるからこそ、ちょっとがっかりしました。このホテルは、プールなどで健康に意識の高い人に対応していると思うので、玄米とかほうじ茶ラッテなどのオプションが加わったら、もっと、良いのじゃないかなって思いました。

Great location close to the airport. Perfect place to stay before a long haul flight. Spacious room for a family of three and comfortable beds.

In need of updating, looks and feels a little tired compared with other hotels of a similar price.

the breakfast was Good. A lot of variations, choices of drinks, they have coffee for take out also,

the smell of the room is something bad, but maybe because the property is already old, but the bed was so comfortable to sleep so i slept so well.

The hotel is well located close to the Narita airport and ideal if you plan to have a stay near the airport for logistics reasons. Our room was also surprisingly calm - the windows didn't let through any noises from outside and the floor carpets also did a great job. I was positively surprised by how new, modern and clean the overall hotel looked. Pictures of the building exterior and the close distance to the airport lowered my expectations. The shuttle to the airport is also very convenient.

If coming/leaving with your own car the surrounding streets and routes are very confusing - this is has nothing to do with the hotel but it is a watchout for other people arriving with their own car.

The restaurant in the lobby has a good signature dish, seafood fried rice. Recommended.

The rooms are not to the expectations of a 5 star hotel. It is extremely dated, old carpets, old bath, using shower curtains which I never see in all the 5 start hotels i've stayed at. Everything is old in this hotel and has not been upkept. The first room i booked had an incredibly horrible curry smell, which i complained and was upgraded to the premium rooms, which was by far outdated and looked like it has not been upgraded since the 90's. I expected more for $300 a night, this hotel in my opinion, if ignoring a decent lobby, a decent restaurant, the rooms are of a 3 star standard.

Airport shuttle service is wonderful. The room is clean. The staffs are very polite & patient to asked my questions.

The breakfast and dinner doesn’t look good. Also, the pillows are not comfortable. So, I couldn’t sleep. One more things to make me unhappy and confused. because the staff asked to pay for my stay, I thought that Book.com has been charged a my credit card. However, the staff said they won’t get pay and don’t have connection with Book.com. Hotel Narita insisted me need to pay. So, I paid $17,522 JPY. Could you please check if it’s an error. the bathroom needs some real construction as the toilet and shower head were poorly functioning.

Nice large rooms. Hotel staff spoke English. Although only 1 restaurant is open, the food was very good. Excellent shuttle bus service to airport/train station and shopping mall.

Bedside tables need electrical outlets or power bars.
